Indo-Canadian Food Hut — Restaurant in Brampton

had interesting experience today....so Im in the restaurant after reading reviews and decided that I'd pay cash and not using my card that place; she charged me .50 to 1$ more on each individual item, and as other users pointed out she's shrewdly charging 10-15percent extra on every item (in addition to tax)... You need to be aware before visiting this place, it was my first time here, let's see how the food works out, but initial expression is they have no ethics at all, I wish they could be little bit better in terms of ethics and cleanliness..they have good potential..

TERRIBLE PLACE WITH BULLIES!!!!!! been 3 times there, because it is on my way and I didn’t bother to go anywhere in this terrible winter. First time, I ordered samosas and I asked for red sauce, she charged extra and I saw a person behind me ordered and that old lady gave him for free, that made me feel uncomfortable. Second time I ordered the same, my $20 bill was hardly teared 5mm, she refused to take it and was so rude like I was asking for free food. Today, I lost my patience, I asked for fresh samosas that I could see from outside just came out, and she argued with me not to give but I was still stubborn and she said to that old lady that I am asking for fresh, that old lady said that let her stand for 10mins in her language and all three laughed making fun of me. I can’t speak but I can somehow understand it. She literally gave everybody food and made me stand and I could see samosas sitting there and stand like a stupid. I felt...

Terrible Experience - Won't Be Coming Back

I recently visited this store on Monday and had a very disappointing experience. We ordered just 5 samosas and 2 chai, but it took nearly 45 minutes to receive our order. To make matters worse, the table that arrived after us got their food before we did. It felt like we were ignored, possibly because our order was small, which is unacceptable.

The customer service was unprofessional, and the lack of care for the customers was evident. I used to enjoy their food, but after this experience, I won’t be returning. I would recommend others avoid this place as well.

I’m not sure if management takes reviews seriously, but if they do, I hope they make an effort to improve their service.
