Let's start with the positives. Not much to like and very much to hate about this place. Decent Saag Paneer and Garlic Naan - not made with fresh garlic. Quite likable Shahi Paneer, though (minus the hair in it); the only authentic thing. Negatives -
What a mistake to take our out-of-country guest to this place for a taste of authentic Punjabi Food! Insulted after spending close to $20 per person on low-grade food.
Let me cut a long story short for you. Worst server ever - rude, condescending, and took 30 minutes to take orders for a party of 6. (Half of the things on the online menu were unavailable, so we had to engage in in-person ordering). She was snapping at us towards the end. Stale, burnt, and cold appetizers (samosa chat, kachori, and kabab) Florescent food coloring in chutneys and kabab (Hara kabab should not mean stuffing with green color - it should have green leafy veggies in it) Restrooms are unhygienic and stinky. I would suggest you hold it. Very stressful atmosphere. Their servers look like they need to be treated better; they pass on their bad attitude to their customers. No smiles, thank you's, or helping mood. Our server made fun of us for not being able to order from the cumbersome online menu. And we were all graduates with a decent education. Shudder to think how they treat uneducated people. The main course - one dish had a hair in it; others were stale, and one was so bad that we had to call it out. We left the daal and karHi untouched. One of our guests started a stomach ache after dinner.
