Extremely disappointed with the service I received at this location this morning on my way to work. First off, there is a double drive through, I understand mistakes happen and the individual taking orders stayed at one machine and missed my turn. I made the decision to pull forward anyway and make my order at the window. When I got to the window and explained why I didn’t order two employees came to the window telling me I was wrong and that she didn’t do that. They wanted me to go back around and wait in line again so there window time would not exceed the time limit goal they have in place for customers receiving their order. Eventually another employee came and simply took my order which I was grateful for. At this point there were 4 employees at the window bickering with myself and each other which made it difficult for the employee actually taking my order to hear me. I explained that I would pay after I received the correct order, when I checked my order, it was incorrect, I asked for no cheese and the two employees that remained at the window literally started yelling at me saying I didn’t ask for no cheese. They expressed that there was no manager at the moment, I ended up tossing the sandwich back to them and driving off. Now I decided to call and ask what is the best way for me to reach head office and they wanted to know why I wanted to reach head office, I didn’t want to say what happened, but they figured out it was me and refused to give me any information on how to reach head office. Read moreI had a truly disappointing experience tonight at the College Plaza 515 Tim Hortons location. While my friend was in the drive-thru, I decided to order a Lemonade through the Tim Hortons app and handed my phone to my friend to show the order number. However, when my friend attempted to pick up the order, a lady named "Harmanpreet Kaur" accused us of lying and refused to serve us. She gave no explanation for her actions and left us puzzled.
Later, when we inquired about the refusal, "Miss Harmanpreet Kaur" rudely mocked my friend and claimed they couldn't serve window orders, even though I had placed the order via the mobile app's drive-thru method. To make matters worse, she closed the window on our face, showing a complete lack of professionalism. She was mocking us while talking with her co-worker. This made us felt disrespectful.
What's particularly concerning is that this is not an isolated incident. Several of my friends have faced similar disrespectful behavior from "Miss Harmanpreet Kaur" over the past few months. This behavior goes against Tim Hortons' commitment to treating customers with respect and courtesy.
I urge Tim Hortons management to investigate this matter promptly. "Miss Harmanpreet Kaur's" behavior is not in line with the company's code of conduct, and it's tarnishing the reputation of this business. Miss Harmanpreet Kaur is clearly not fit for this Customer Service role. I have never experienced this terrible experience anywhere else in Canada. Walked out, had a couple sips, latte was lukewarm and lacking any espresso flavour. Tasted very dilute, like there was too much milk (which clearly wasn't heated up to the correct temperature), which masked the espresso flavour.
Came back, politely shared my concerns with the staff member who made my latte, I said it tasted watered down/no espresso flavour, to which she responded "yeah that's what a latte is, espresso and milk..." which didn't make sense because 1) I know a latte is espresso and milk and 2) that response did not address my concerns at all.
The staff member asked if I wanted another espresso shot, to which I responded "sure." The additional espresso shot was somewhat helpful in redeeming the taste, but overall still a poorly made latte. I realized that any further comments wouldn't be taken seriously, so I politely left, and said "this is besides the point now but the latte isn't even hot."
I usually get lattes from various Tims 2-3 times a week. This was my third time getting one from here. First time was great, second time there was sugar in it (I don't order with any sugar), and this was the third time.
I know it's a busy location and you're managing multiple orders at once, but I was made to feel like I was complaining and I was the problem, when in fact I had legitimate concerns that were only partially addressed.
