Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Brampton

If they can give 0 star I would!! I came and order pizza with wings they burnt my wings when I got home I realize they burnt my wings I didn’t bother to take it back because is about 20mins drive away from me, I went there in another occasion and I was telling them about how my wings was burnt the last time I came instead of the guy which is the catchier apologizing he was telling me it could not be possible anyways I offered my pizza and step out to my car to wait for the pizza to be ready came back in and noticed that they had a sign stating if you were not ask if you want to purchase a bread stick you get it for free, so I said you didn’t ask me if I would like the crazy sticks with my purchase so according to your sign I get it for free this guy denied lied that he did ask me after another customer behind me said he didn’t this cashier refused to give me the crazy stick I didn’t bother but just to prove my point I gave him my number and I told him to check their camera and see if he did ask me so we all know the truth he came up with a story that he has to review it the next day so he took my number to review it the next day and contact me, up to date no one has called me and is been 2weeks DONT EVER GO TO THIS LOCATION CUSTOMER SERVICE IS LACKING SERIOUSLY AT THIS LOCATION AND THEY DONT KEEP TO THEIR OWN SIGNS!!! I WILL NEVER EVER GO...

I was disappointed by the slow service at this location. I was initially told the wait would be 15-20 minutes, but it ended up taking almost an hour. What truly pissed me off was that the staff showed no sense of urgency, chatting with each other as if there weren’t any customers waiting.

The place had no chairs or tables, so the ambiance was pretty dull—just a bare space that didn’t offer much comfort while waiting.

As for the food, it was hot and fresh. I generally like Little Caesars, but after this experience, I’m considering trying a different location. It might’ve just been an off day, but I’m not sure if I want to take that...

Just wanted to give a big shoutout to Jeff at Little Caesars at shoppers world location. Every time I visit, he brings great energy and professionalism to the counter. He’s always friendly, fast, and attentive, making sure orders are accurate and fresh. You can tell he takes pride in his work, and it really shows in the service he provides.
