I have never given any business I have visited and reviewed such a low rating. Truly this location deserves 0 stars. Hands down the worst Tim Hortons I have ever visited and I have lived in this country for over 30 years. The customer service is atrocious; I have never been served by such impatient, unfriendly and rude people before. They rush your order and rudely rush you out of the way when you try and double check your order, because you HAVE to check your order at this location, telling you that everything is in the bag in this tone that comes across like they are offended that you are even checking, and then make you wait 3 times longer to fix the mistake than it took to make the actual order! As if you are being punished to dare ask for your order to be made correctly. I ordered a bagel with herb and garlic cream cheese, add bacon, add tomatoe. It's a 50/50 chance that they actually remember to add the bacon (they never forget to charge you for it though) and this time they did but they put the smallest dab of cream cheese I have ever seen on just one side of the bagel and didn't even bother to butter the other side. When did Tim Horton's standards and expectations change?? If I wanted a bagel with next to no cream cheese, I would go to McDonald's. I ordered through the drive thru and got rushed out of the line when tried to check the order and then they made me wait 3 times longer just to add more herb and garlic cream cheese and then she just put plain cream cheese! They originally offered to make a fresh one but that quickly changed when I said it had bacon and tomato on it. My boyfriend ordered a breakfast croissant with bacon and got so caught up in my problem that he forgot to check his order. He gets home and what is missing? The bacon! But, of course, they did not forget to charge him for it.
Seriously Tim Horton's, when did your standards change? When did you start hiring people with zero customer service skills that clearly hate their jobs? When did you start lowering your food standards so horribly? I've gone to this location before in the middle of the afternoon and they were out of Tim Bits. Couldn't even ordered one! Like...what?!?! How do you not have available one of the things the business is famous for in the middle of the afternoon?!?!
I'm sorry this posting is so long but I have been fed up with this location for quite some time but the attitude of the workers this morning was it for me. I'm sad that this is the closest location to me with a drive thru.
Do better, stop shorting customers and train your employees better....

I had a very uncomfortable and embarrassing experience at this Tim Hortons location today, and I feel compelled to share it. One of the staff members — a young woman with a tattoo on her right hand — was incredibly rude and completely out of line. While taking my order, she called over her colleague, Darshan, and confronted me in front of other customers, claiming that I had told her weeks ago that Darshan never charges for double cream in an Iced Capp.
I was shocked, as I have no idea who Darshan is, and I never made such a comment. Even Darshan himself confirmed that he didn’t recall anything like that. Despite that, the employee continued to push the issue, putting me in a very awkward position while people were lined up behind me watching the whole thing. It was humiliating and completely unnecessary.
This kind of behavior is unacceptable in any customer-facing role. The employee showed no manners or professionalism and made assumptions based on something she thinks happened weeks ago. What gives her the right to question a customer like that over such a petty issue?
To make matters worse, this location seems to have a habit of not providing the full receipt. The machine prints two parts — one with a feedback code and another with the order details — but they will only give you the second part. If you ask for the feedback portion, you're told it's not available. It makes you wonder if the staff are instructed to hide it from customers to avoid complaints reaching management.
I will not return to this location again. There are plenty of other Tim Hortons nearby with respectful and courteous staff. This one clearly lacks proper supervision and customer service training. Shame on the management for allowing this kind of behaviour to go unchecked.

Read moreHey everyone my name is Joy Patel, I’ve been visiting this location consistently for the past three days, and unfortunately, I’ve had repeated issues with my orders.
I have a health condition that makes it difficult to swallow soggy food, so I always ask for my bagel to be extra grilled. I’ve explained this to the staff multiple times. However, it seems like the cashier is unsure how to enter the “extra grilled” option into the system. When I asked for this specifically, she said she would inform the kitchen, but it’s not being done properly. On one occasion, the kitchen staff gave me a plain bagel instead of the everything bagel I ordered, then insisted it was correct.
On another day, I ordered 3-3 coffee, as I usually do, but received tea instead. Mistakes happen, but when they happen every day, it becomes frustrating.
Also, yesterday, the herb and garlic cream cheese I paid extra for was barely there. For a $1 upcharge, the portion was disappointing. I’ve tried to be patient and assume the staff are busy, but from what I observed, they seemed more focused on chatting and having fun than paying attention to orders.
I hope the management takes these concerns seriously. I genuinely want to keep coming here, but the consistency and customer service need real...
