I visit this McDonald's location usually last at night, after I finish my work. And I have been wanting to write this review for a very long time. I have had too many bad experiences with customer service in this location. But last night (03/11/2017) was the worst. Whenever I visit McDonald's, I usually buy 3-4 junior chicken sandwiches, usually with leafy lettuce, red onions and apple-wood sauce instead of mayo as I am allergic to mayo. All other McDonald's do not charge anything extra, but this location, every time I have asked for this, they have given me a lot of trouble. Last night, I placed the order in the drive thru and went to the last window to pay and collect my order. I was serviced by the MANAGER - KIMBERLEY at the window. SHE WAS MY WORST NIGHTMARE after a long day at work. When she told me how much my bill came to, I explained to her nicely, that I come there almost every night and I have the same problem every night. She told me "WELL, I AM THE MANAGER AND I DON'T CARE IF YOU COME EVERY DAY, I AM SEEING YOU FOR THE FIRST TIME AND I WILL CHARGE YOU THE EXTRA AMOUNT!" I tried to explain to her, SHE DID NOT LET ME TALK! She had a MANLY VOICE AND WAS VERY RUDE AND DOMINATING!!!! I told her that I had spoken to another manage (a guy called Michael) who removed the extra charge from my order with little resistance. Her reply was "I DON'T GIVE A DAMN, I WILL NOT REMOVE THE CHARGE, YOU PAY OR YOU GO AWAY!!!!" She was very INSULTING....! I requested to speak to someone else, she said, "I AM THE MANAGER AND YOU SPEAK TO ME!!!" Frustrated, i asked her, her name, she said, IT IS KIMBERLEY. I believe that at that point she was afraid that I will write this review, she said, "OKAY, I WILL TAKE IT OFF THIS TIME!" and SHE SHUT THE WINDOW ON ME and left! After about 10 minutes, someone else came to me and gave me my order. While driving back, the thought that she may have spit in my sandwiches was bothering me!!!!! This is the worst location with the worst customer service......and Managers like Kimberley and her bad - rude - and MANLY attitude, make you not want to come to this location anymore! I am VERY SHOCKED AND FRUSTRATED!!!!! AVOID GOING TO THIS MCDONALD'S AT ALL...

Well today was the worst experience here out of all the times. When I got to the order speaker the girl on the intercom didn't say anything for 2 minutes. (maybe she was busy I'll give that) once she asked to take my order, she was barely audible and clearly didn't want anything to do with her job based on how she spoke. Not polite at all, after ordering one thing she didn't even ask if I was going to order anything else (I was) she told me to go to first window. I told her I wanted to order something else. And I hear an audible "ugh." I place the rest of my order and she told me to go to first window. When I got there she was sitting there doing nothing staring at her computer screen, then her phone, then her computer screen. After no word of a lie sitting there for over 2 minutes watching her not move, I tried waving at her trying to signal to her I was there, to no response.
I got fed up and went to the second window. The gentleman there was a nice young man. Confirmed my order and said he was going to get it. As I waited for him to ask me to pay, since the first lady didn't do it, some woman comes to the window and aggressively slides the door open and yelled at me what my total was and told me "I know what you tried to do!" I said "excuse me" and then she accused me of trying to get my food without paying for it - as I was holding money in my hand outside my window to pay for it.
I ended up leaving without getting my food because I'm fed up with the horrible service this location...
Read moreI am not the person to usually give reviews but I think this one is much needed. Went there today for dine in. The crew trainer named Shadene had the worst attitude ever you can expect in customer focus company. For context, I went to the counter to order and she was standing there and all she did was kept staring at me . After looking at each other’s face for 2 minutes and me wondering what is going on, I just said that I would like to order this. She literally didnt even say hi or what can i order and thank you nothing at all. After that i waited for 15 minutes but they didnt give me my order. Later when she brought it, she came and kept it infront of me and didnt say nothing at all. As well, they totally forgot to give me my smoothie, I waited for another 5 mins waiting to get my smoothie and then she comes again and looks at me (again didnt say a word from her mouth) and opened her eyes wide, then I said I am still waiting for my smoothie, and then she made it for me. Like I was literally wondering what did I do that she is behaving with me like that. I dnt know if it was racism because I am brown or what but this was totally unacceptable. It doesnt end just here. After 10 mins my friend went to get ketchup and she didnt give her kethcup either, just stared at her and thats it. I was really traumatized with this experience. I would never recommend anyone to go to this place.Also, a message for the owner of this restaurant or manager, please do check the cameras and listen to the audio in case no one believes me because no one deserves to be...
