Momos N’ Wok is an absolute gem that radiates warmth and culinary excellence. Their Nepali-style food is nothing short of astounding, every dish bursts with vibrant, fresh ingredients and is crafted with a soulful touch that transports you straight to the heart of Nepal. The momos accentuate the love and dedication behind them, coupled with perfectly spiced chutneys that elevate the experience to something unforgettable. Here are some first time visit suggestions: - Shrimp Fried Rice - Shanghai Noodles - Lollipop Chicken - Chicken Momos (Steamed) The atmosphere is just as exceptional: friendly, welcoming, and accommodating to everyone who steps through the door. Whether you’re there for a comforting meal or a lively gathering, the team makes you feel like family. Momos N’ Wok isn’t just a restaurant; it’s a place filled with heart, flavor, and unforgettable experiences. The All-Star that makes this all possible is Samar. He is the epitome of charm and etiquette, a suave, sharp-dressed renaissance man who knows how to keep Momos N’ Wok running like clockwork. With a calm demeanor and an eye for detail, he handles everything from supply logistics to customer relations with finesse. Samar’s ability to read people and situations makes him a master of solving problems before they escalate, ensuring the restaurant thrives under his quiet leadership. Samar’s presence is steady and strategic, always a step ahead to ensure operations run smoothly. Beneath his cool exterior lies a wealth of knowledge, a knack for diplomacy, and a fierce loyalty to those he works with. Even after reading all of this, you’re still debating about visiting, don’t, take a leap of faith and go, you will not be disappointed.

Food Quality: ⭐⭐⭐ Price/Value: ⭐⭐ Atmosphere: ⭐⭐⭐ Service: ⭐⭐⭐ Accessibility: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ordered the steamed and fried momos (one order of momos comes with 10 pieces). Also ordered the hardshell and softshell tacos (chicken and beef). All was ordered on site for take out. It took almost 30 minutes for everything to be ready. The toppings for the tacos were plentiful and fresh. The momos came with a sweet chilli paste and curry sauce on the side. The momos tasted amazing. No complaints and really recommend everyone to try. The tacos however were not the best. You can definitely get better tacos other places. The shells were not nicely made. The hard shells felt like store bought, and crumbled easily. As for the main protein, it was barely there. Toppings were plentiful however. A big negative about ordering on site was that the place really smell like food. It doesn't seem pike they have their vents/extractors working. 30 minutes in the restaurant and your clothes will really smell like food. Will definitely go back for the momos, but it's a hard pass on the tacos.

Okay so just to give a little bit of background that I am a huge momo/dumplings lover . I think i have tried Momos from most of the places in toronto but have come to the conclusion that the Momos here are really very close to what i used to have back in Delhi . The red spicy sauce is like cherry on the cake . They give one chilli oil dip along with the spicy sauce as well . Honestly loved both . Main thing which was the best is the momo wrapper. It was not very thick and not very thin either . Very well balanced and so juicy from inside . What i ordered was veg steamed momos and i think if any restaurant can do this right it’s definitely good . The filling was of paneer, cabbage and carrots i think . I am already craving for the momos again while writing this review. But definitely going back again for other variety of momos . This is not a sponsored post really but just my genuine love for momos/dumplings. I have taken some nice pics to show the brilliant momos . Highly recommend this place if you love momos/dumplings as they say .

Im giving it a 1 because even though the table was wet and we didn't have enough napkins the chow mein had hair in it. I told the owner and she didn't understand. The she didn't replace it with a new one with no hair. She never replaced the food. We didn't have to pay for it however that is disrespectful to expect me to pay again when you made it wrong the first time. Now the other thing that was a bit rude was that I needed to activate my card again and I had to tap again. When she was dealing with me another employee walks by and quietly says it declined and walked by. Also, disrespectful.

Edit: This did happen to me. Shame on you for what you did and then saying I am lying. Unfortunately, a lot of businesses are now immigrant owned and the customer SERVICE is not there. I didn't want to say that. Perhaps you should read the reviews I wrote and READ THE SITUATION THAT HAPPENED IN THE reviews. Regardless of what I reviewed somewhere. It never changes what happened at this restaurant. This review was not a mistake. I think it's important to discuss how the restaurant culture has declined with restaurants not having bathrooms available or the staff not understanding how to be polite or the customer asking multiple times for cutlery. You brought up a good point. Restaurant culture has declined alot. My family members are also immigrants but we know bad service because we have seen it already from where my family is from. However, there are a few Canadian restaurants that really care about staff and...

3rd and Final Review -

In the last one year, they have renovated the restaurant, expanded the menu, stopped mexican food and have completely dropped the quality of momos. Their momos used to be authentic Nepali momos and now they have become punjabi momos. I am a Punjabi myself but i refuse to eat pakoda with mayo. Their tandoori momos aren't crispy, they stopped serving yellow and red sauce with it and introduced a kind of mayo with chilli flakes. I have brought 10 customers here over the years but sadly i am not coming back.

Bye Momos and Wok.

2nd Edit - Changing the rating to 4 stars as the below concerns seem to be diminishing with improved customer service from the restaurant. Extra sauce is being provided when asked and the staff is way nicer.

Original Review -

This restaurant has tasty momos to offer but their service has been degrading since some time now.

Previously they used to give mayo for those who ask it with momos and extra sauce too.

Now they are saving up even on that. If you wanna cut on your budget, then you’ll lose customers and only owners can eat your momos.

A tip - Care for...
