Read moreIm giving it a 1 because even though the table was wet and we didn't have enough napkins the chow mein had hair in it. I told the owner and she didn't understand. The she didn't replace it with a new one with no hair. She never replaced the food. We didn't have to pay for it however that is disrespectful to expect me to pay again when you made it wrong the first time. Now the other thing that was a bit rude was that I needed to activate my card again and I had to tap again. When she was dealing with me another employee walks by and quietly says it declined and walked by. Also, disrespectful.
Edit: This did happen to me. Shame on you for what you did and then saying I am lying. Unfortunately, a lot of businesses are now immigrant owned and the customer SERVICE is not there. I didn't want to say that. Perhaps you should read the reviews I wrote and READ THE SITUATION THAT HAPPENED IN THE reviews. Regardless of what I reviewed somewhere. It never changes what happened at this restaurant. This review was not a mistake. I think it's important to discuss how the restaurant culture has declined with restaurants not having bathrooms available or the staff not understanding how to be polite or the customer asking multiple times for cutlery. You brought up a good point. Restaurant culture has declined alot. My family members are also immigrants but we know bad service because we have seen it already from where my family is from. However, there are a few Canadian restaurants that really care about staff and...

In the last one year, they have renovated the restaurant, expanded the menu, stopped mexican food and have completely dropped the quality of momos. Their momos used to be authentic Nepali momos and now they have become punjabi momos. I am a Punjabi myself but i refuse to eat pakoda with mayo. Their tandoori momos aren't crispy, they stopped serving yellow and red sauce with it and introduced a kind of mayo with chilli flakes. I have brought 10 customers here over the years but sadly i am not coming back.
Bye Momos and Wok.
2nd Edit - Changing the rating to 4 stars as the below concerns seem to be diminishing with improved customer service from the restaurant. Extra sauce is being provided when asked and the staff is way nicer.
Original Review -
This restaurant has tasty momos to offer but their service has been degrading since some time now.
Previously they used to give mayo for those who ask it with momos and extra sauce too.
Now they are saving up even on that. If you wanna cut on your budget, then youâll lose customers and only owners can eat your momos.
A tip - Care for...
