I called the calgary store at it got connected with customer care , female on the call offer me to tell the deals going on . She offered me pizza but i said i want to eat something else . She offered me sub ( i was pretty sure Calgary store did not have subs and burgers . I told her calgary store did jot have subs but she was pretty sure that they have . She ask me call back number aprox 4 times Then she call me back after 10-12 mins saying no we dont have subs . Then i order bites and i was thinking something else too , she offered me veg burger . I was pretty sure they dont have burgers either but she was like i am 100% sure they have burges . She took my order and ask me to pick the order from calgary store at 16:10 . I was in fromt of store at 16:08 and waited for 16:10 . At exactly 16:10 she call me saying we dont have burgers in Calgary store . In total they waste my 1 hour almost . I was planning to take that food to work for my dinner but i was not abel to . My whole point to post the review is they call service which is handel from Ontario , they need training and professional staff . Calgary store staff is really nice no complaints from them but the call service they have is really disappointing. It happened with me 3rd time . I respect their service centre staff to but they need to be professionally trained. Instead of opening new stores every month i would say improve your coustmer service (call centre) standards. They are very ignorant for improving call center services and making the store owners look bad . Store staff is really hardworking and respectful but the management is greedy and ignorant for coustmer service...
Read moreI had an appalling experience with Mr. Singh Pizza, and it had nothing to do with the food. The real issue lies in the way this establishment shamelessly exploits student workers. It’s genuinely disheartening to see a business treat its staff in such a degrading and unethical manner.
Student employees here are grossly underpaid, forced to endure excessively long and grueling shifts, and subjected to a complete lack of care for their education, personal growth, or overall well-being. Many of these young individuals are trying to balance demanding academic responsibilities while earning a living, yet this business shows no regard for their struggles. Instead, it seems to prioritize squeezing as much profit as possible, regardless of the cost to its workers.
This kind of behavior is not just unethical but downright inhumane. Students are not cheap labor to be exploited—they are human beings with rights, aspirations, and the need for fair treatment. By ignoring their basic rights and taking advantage of their vulnerable position, Mr. Singh Pizza reveals a disturbing lack of respect and compassion for the very people who help run the business.
If you care about fairness, decency, and the ethical treatment of workers, I urge you to avoid supporting this establishment. Businesses like this should not be rewarded with your hard-earned money. Instead, let’s stand together and support companies that value their employees and operate with integrity. Mr. Singh Pizza needs to be held accountable for its actions, and until it makes significant changes, it doesn’t deserve the patronage of a community that believes in fairness...
Read moreIt is essential to address the issue of fair treatment for student workers in your pizza outlets. Promising wages of $17 per hour but paying significantly less—between $10 and $11—is both unethical and unfair. These students rely on their earnings to support themselves, often balancing work with education and other responsibilities. Such treatment is a betrayal of trust and does not align with the values of integrity and fairness that any business should uphold.
Rather than focusing on superficial gestures such as publicity campaigns, donations, or so-called affordable deals, it would be far more impactful and meaningful to allocate those resources toward paying your hardworking employees what they rightfully deserve. These young individuals dedicate their time, energy, and effort to ensure the success of your business, often working long hours under challenging conditions.
Exploitation in any form is unacceptable, but it is especially disheartening when it comes from someone who represents the Sikh community—a community known for its commitment to fairness, service, and equality. Actions like these undermine the principles of honesty and justice that should be at the heart of any reputable organization.
I urge you to take this matter seriously, rectify the pay discrepancies, and ensure that every student worker is compensated fairly for their hard work and dedication. Addressing this issue will not only benefit your employees but also restore trust and respect...
