Pizza Pros — Restaurant in Brampton

I have been ordering pizza from this place on a weekly basis for the last couple of months. Everytime there has been some wrong ingredients on the pizzas. I never complained as it was not a big issue the first few times. We placed orders online and realized we had to call in to make sure they received our orders because they never had our order ready when we went to pick it up. So we called in to confirm and this last time I placed an order I called in to confirm the order and also mentioned if they can be careful with the toppings as on my previous orders I was getting wrong toppings. They ensured they would be careful. I ordered four pizzas. All had thin crust. ( like paper thin). I ordered regulars crust. Two of the pizzas had the 3 wrong toppings out of the four I ordered. Jalepeno were on one of the pizzas for my kids. My kids couldn’t eat the pizza. The other pizza was missing a topping. And third pizza was also missing toppings. I called in to inform them. They told me to just pick off the Jalepeno. I asked about the missing toppings. I also stated that’s the pizzas were not what I ordered. They told me there is nothing they can do at this time. I called in next day to ask for a store credit for my next order. The lady who answered the phone was very rude!! She didn’t let me speak. She kept speaking over me. I asked to speak to the owner. She said he is not here. I asked for his name. She says she will not share his name with me She told me she doesn’t have time to deal with me .

Very unprofessional ! Horrible customer service skills.

I will never be ordering here again. Lots of pizza shops out there that will be happy to get my bossiness.

Pizza pros on torbram is the most unprofessional, DIRTY, and dishonest business I have ever encountered.

First and gore most I would like to be clear that not all locations are managed in such disgust.

I am a semi-regular user of pizza delivery, and I can assure you that this particular location is the most untrustworthy and most vile place I've ever been. ( ps I've visited some "holes" in my time)

My most resent experience is as follows: -placed order and was told 45 mins two hours later was told it's on the way and hung up on. Exaplained that i had three hungry children waiting for food as it was a pizza party, and waited another 35 mins. -expressed my frustration in waiting over 2 hrs for a pizza. 30 mins later driver arrives, asked the driver whe he pocked up the order, HE SAID 8 MINUTES AGO Throughout this process I had called to ask for an eta. (Once) the woman yelled and swore at me. She tolld me it was friday night and I should know better. .....

I am usually one to exhibit extreme patience, but this? Paired With a receipt baked into the crust ? Is a healthy and safety concern. They are understaffed and uneducated....

This is by and large the most disgusting establishment I’ve had the misfortune of stepping into. The walls were splattered with things new and old, the air was thick with smoke, and rubbish littered every surface. The toppings in the tins looked as though they had been left exposed to the air for too long, vegetables were shrivelled, sauces and spreads crusting over or congealing, both front and back doors were open so there were flies aplenty. The pizza was an unappetizing eyesore, the crust was far too thick and undercooked, and the toppings were unevenly distributed. I will say the wings were a very good size, and since the sauce was from a sealed jug I have no complaints about them. I will not say anything bad about the staff, since he was polite and generally pleasant. I must say however, that either Peel Health’s standards must be incredibly low or bribery was involved to give this...
