N K Restobar - Nammude Kada / Club 410 — Restaurant in Brampton

The food and the customer services are horrible. I had a biriyani, beef fry, pazham pori, bond, parippuvada and parotta from this restaurant. Biryani was socked, over cooked and is like a chicken curry mixed with boiled rice. When called to report the concerns, the girl who identified herself as the manager, refused to give the contact number of the owners saying - they are in India. She initially stated " our biryani is the best in town, it was your personal taste that saying it is bad. She continue to say that- there were no complains about their food, especially biriyani. I said, i can drop off the food back to her to review. Then I sent the the picture, she said, if you dont like the food- she can give me another Biriyani!!!! I shared my intention is not getting my money back, as I travelled a lot to get my food. My intention was to share my experience management / owner. She ( the girl refused to share her name) shared that she runs the restaurant and she can not shar the number of the owner. She was keep on justifying the food was great, and it was me who's taste preference is at blink. As it appears, she was not going to take the responsibility, i stated I will share my review in google, as that is the only way I can let this to communicate with teh owner. In few minutes she texted me saying sorry, it was our mistake and we can re imbrues the money for the biriyani.

Overall, the food except Parotta- everything was well bellow average.

Customer services needs to be significantly improved. ( The girl who claims to be the manager needs to be trained for basic customer service)

I will never recommend this place again. This is my third adn final...

I had placed an order for 15 parotta. the lady who answered the call was asked to come in 30 mts to pick up. Upon the arrival the lady at the reception was surprised as there was no indication of my order. The lady at the reception asked me " whom did you place an order with" i stated it was a girl whom I placed the order. I also shared i had given her my phone number as well. The lady after coming from the kitchen , shared that there was no order is been communicated at the kitchen. While we were having the discussion i observed another waitress was giving a toned smile and walked away. i shared with the lady, that girl must be the person whom I placed the order. The lady asked me to wait for a minute , and went to the kitchen, apparently talked to the girl. She came back and stated the parotta will be ready " in one minute" , and went to kitchen. I waited about 5 mts, no one came and talked to me. I left the place without Parotta. They did not even had the courtesy to apologies or give a call back.

I had a very bad experience with this restaurant last Onam, the Sadya was horrible. However, i thought to give another try- the place has zero customer skill.
