This is the fifth visit, but the best food visit, over two years. Lucky for me the cook/chef was in, and I asked questions. He did a good job with fresh ingredients to the sauces, and it was second time I had gizzards in 10 years, the last time was in Erie County. You could tell the sauce blend prior to serving, much better experience than before, which was average. Congrats and thank you!! we had shrimp wontons, roast pork, char sui pork (which was a version) and pepper gizzards. I even showed him a pic of the 14lb roast I left in the oven that day and checking in on....8hr roast. Just make sure the young cook/chef is in when you dine. Thanks...

I must say this place offers good drinks, tasty Trinidadian cutters/ Trinidadian cuisine. The ambiance feels just like a Trinidad sports bar . if you feel to play some pool with friends or watch a game on TV with your crew you can. There's good DJ music. The night I was there someone celebrated a birthday party at the venue and there was a cultural display of Tassa drumming. Parking is available and there's an outdoor patio as well.
