Coconut Breeze — Restaurant in Brampton

I have actually been to coconut breeze the most this year, almost every other week I have gone either to dine in or for take-out. This has to be one of my favourite spots to have West Indian food! I also go in for the lunch special and get more then enough food. I normally share the lunch special because it is a ALOT of food. In my pictures the dine in picture is the Chungs chicken (Comb F) and then the coconut. shrimp is in the to-go picture. This location has the best lunch special, if you haven't tried this place out, I 100% recommend going in for the lunch special trust me you will NOT be disappointed. That being said, I only like to go and deal with BIBI she is what really makes your experience and she's normally there wed-sun and then the other lady isn't the nicest but whatever the food makes up for it. Decent timing for service, I waited about 15 mins for my food to go after ordering in house, food is always fresh and hot and CONSISTENT! Another thing, this place has the BEST pepper sauce, It has flavour and spice I love it! My best friends family also caters there food for all their parties! For the past three weeks I’m trying to order the Beef Pepper Ribs and it’s not on the app. I called the restaurant multiple times to find out if it is discontinued no answer. I kept trying to get hold of the restaurant when I do the lady on the phone is sooo rude no customer service what so ever. I asked her about the beef pepper ribs and she said yes they have it so I explained to her it not showing on the Uber Eats app and I’m trying to tell her for the past three weeks it’s not on the app. She started screaming yes it’s there yes it’s there and hang up the phone on me. I went back to the app and it wasn’t there. I called back and someone else answers the phone and she was confused if they have the needed pepper ribs or not, in the background the First Lady is yelling “the beef pepper ribs is on the app I told her all ready.” They hang up the phone again! This is very disrespectful for them to act this way. Your restaurant is only on UberEats and there’s no where else we can order to get our food. This is how you treat customers? I think Coconut Breeze is a already a local favorite. The Cantonese Chow mein has crispy noodles and an lots of veggies. It is definitely a must-try, best enjoyed piping hot. The Pepper Squid appetizer stands out. It has the balance of saltiness and spiciness. The tender squid bites is perfectly cooked. The House Fried Rice Special is mixed fried rice topped with crispy chicken wings. While the rice itself was to be somewhat dry and lacking in flavour, the chicken wings were undeniably delicious. The Coconut Breeze Combo offers excellent value and has a diverse selection of five appetizers on a single plate. Among the combo, the meat spring rolls were the only item that did not meet the standards.
