Pizza Fiamma Father Tobin Road — Restaurant in Brampton

We had a very disappointing experience at this pizza store. One of the staff members, PRINCE , handled the entire situation quite poorly. We had placed a large order of seven party-size pizzas, but unfortunately, none of them were fresh or properly prepared. To show the poor quality, we returned with one whole pizza and several slices from the others.

Prince acknowledged that the pizzas were substandard, yet only offered a 20% discount on a future order, which we felt was an inadequate response.

When we requested a proper solution — either a refund or replacement pizzas — he insisted we return all seven pizzas in full, which was completely unreasonable given the circumstances. We had to make another trip home just to bring the rest back.

To make matters worse, after we returned with the remaining pizzas, he said they would either be thrown away or given to the homeless. This raised serious concerns about food safety and how they treat customer complaints.

There was no apology, no accountability, and the overall attitude was unprofessional. Definitely not the kind of...

You should read this if you are going to order anything from this restaurant, because I ordered a large pizza with 4 toppings at deliver at my address which is 2 miles and roughly 6 minutes from the restaurant at 12:32 am and restaurant told me it’ll take 40 to 4 5 minutes to deliver. My order supposed to be here by 1:20 am but it wasn’t and i called the restaurant they said its on the way and will be there in about 5 minutes, I waited for 10 minutes and called again restaurant but the restaurant is closed by that time. We were starving and got call by the delivery guy around 2:00 am, we asked him about the late delivery and he was yelling at us and asked if we want the order or not, we said pizza must be cold by this time, he told us to wait for 2 minutes as he wanted to call his employer to resolve the issue then he called us and said they’re going to cancel our order.

There’s no word to describe there service as the word “WORST” is not enough to describe.

I cant rate it in minus else would have given. First of all they don’t even know how to take orders over the phone. When i ordered over the call the total was 17.99 ( as mentioned on the google page) and when i reached there the total was 27 and change. The funny part is they say that the online google pricing is by DoorDash and is discounted by them. (For all I know DoorDash prices are a little bit marked up than the restaurant original pricing here the case is reverse) The girl who works there is a piece of thrash in terms of how to not just talk to the customer but in general talking terms as well. Completely uneducated and illetterate for a service industry professional (Saying her a professional downgrades the word as well)

Eat anything (literally anything) rather than to eat at this place. Don’t waste your money and time. There are lots of hard working and good pizza place to support to. Support who deserves it rather than this...
