Probably the worst Tim's you could go to. I only stop by because it's the closest one to my house but lately, I've been driving to another cafe despite it being further away because the food and service at this Tim Horton's is THAT horrible. 8 times out of 10, they get something wrong in my order whether it's an entire item, charging me extra, or not mixing a tea after asking for it to be well stirred or just straight up just giving me a fully incorrect order belonging to someone else. In the drive thru especially, they have charged me for an item and taken payment only to tell me they don't have it later. This has happened 4 separate times total and every single time, when I ask for a refund, they tell me to park the car and come inside because they don't want to mess up their drive thru times. The staff themselves are very rude and show aggression / attitude (such as rolling eyes) and have even yelled at my elderly father once "hurry up and drive man, next order" after giving him his order in a hurry. After calling and speaking to the supervisor on duty about the incident, she just told me "sorry, but we get pressure from upper management to meet our times so that's why it happened". The very first time they messed something up was when I had called a couple days ahead to place a big order for a morning meeting I was having. I ordered a tray of assorted bagels and 2 coffee packs. They gave me a full tray of everything bagels and I unfortunately only noticed once I got back to the office. After calling them, they insisted it was my fault even though the note said assorted bagels. After a long wait and going back and fourth, they finally admitted to it being their fault since it was apparently another girl who wrote down the order a couple days prior and she didn't communicate it to the person who actually punched it in. They offered to exchange the bagels but since it was already time for the meeting, I couldn't go back. They also said they wouldn't give a refund if we had touched or ate any of the bagels so I ended up giving the entire tray back later on that day after the meeting was over and had no food for my clients that day. After many many horrible experiences, I just stopped going there all together. One or two times I can give the benefit of the doubt, but it's become an ongoing pattern with this location and it's just unacceptable...
Read moreI honestly have no words. This establishment is nothing more than a pure embarrassment to the Tim Hortons franchise. I could go on and on about my pure hate towards this establishment but I will keep this straight to the point for convenience. I honestly feel like this is my civil duty to inform and warn everyone before coming to this specific location. To begin, the orders they serve are almost ALWAYS wrong in one way or another as they will forget to put something you asked for or just completely forget an item as a whole. This problem leads to their service as well as they start to get mad at YOU for confronting them for incorrect orders. I now check my order before leaving the window and they would often times rush me or even on occasion straight up yelling at me for taking my time when the source of this is caused by them in the first place. They always say "We will replace your order, sorry" but to be honest, I would rather just have one good and well-made meal instead of two mediocre ones. They are losing so much money having to always replace orders and I honestly do not even think they see that which is concerning, to say the least. I honestly thank god when they actually get at least one item right for me as I see that as some sort of miracle. I live right beside this location, and will more than often, drive further just because of how terribly managed this place is....
Read moreI always avoid not to share if there to something wrong. BUT THIS MESSAGE IS FOR THE OWNER OF THIS LOCATION…you have to be attentive and visit your store often to see how these stupid staff members running your franchise. Zero customer service. They don’t pay attention to their work but talking to each other in Punjabi is like they are home. Fighting, screaming, making wrong orders. If you order tea they will give us coffee, if we order coffee they will come with the tea. Am working around the area from last 6 years till 2019 the services were much better. But with time people grow but this franchise is going down. I get a banana bread muffin yesterday and it was not baked properly it felt like am eating wet flour. It’s such a wastage of time and money both. I understand they have a policy to exchange the wrong orders but at the same time people do not have time to come back wait in the line again. I went to get steap tea today, and she gave me coffee and first of all i was waiting in the line for 10 mints and she knew that but she decided to go to the other counter to help the people who came after me. I give zero stars to this place. Please train your staff first, teach them how to provide services to customers. please if they came with zero knowledge of team work and customer service please teach them. Because we...
