I had a horrible experience HORRIBLE STAFF. Especially with staff named SIMAN i asked her if the red velvet blizzard was good so she said yes and i got then but i did not like it so i asked her kindly if I could get something else in return to replace the ice cream because it was full and i didn't eat any of it, she continuously argued with me saying she can’t make me a new one or give me a refund unless it was made wrong, and then she was talking to other staff in her language about me and helping other customers while i was still trying to get my issue solved, I just wanted either a new ice cream or refund and she continuously said she can’t and then I asked if if she could just remake my same blizzard and I’ll keep it because it was melted and she rudely said “you’ve been here talking to me for 30 minutes that’s why it’s melted” but i was only there for 10 minutes all i wanted was my ice cream remade or a refund but she refused continuously with attitude and especially talking in her language which was extra rude. And she kept saying to call tomorrow when the manager is in because she refuses to make me a new ice cream or give me a refund, and while I was still there she was saying to her co worker “well I don’t know what to do with her” while I was standing right infront of her this was such a horrible visit and she said she’s a shift manager but she does not treat customers with any mannerisms at all especially talking in her language to other customers and co workers knowing I don’t speak that language, and my ice cream was literally full not even half way ate or anything and she refused to not remake it or give me a refund because “it wasn’t made wrong”. SIMAN SHOULD BE FIRED she shouldn’t even be a shift leader because this is not how you talk to customers and treat them. Read moreMy mom purchased a cake from this location on Saturday and specified she wanted the oreo cake. This was due to several allergies to peanuts and nuts in the household. My mom also made this statement very clear to the employee in the store. When we received the cake we doubled checked with the employee that it was an oreo cake with no nuts present and the employee told my mom that it was nuts free. When we got home we realized the cake was not in fact an oreo cake but an Reese's cake. Thankfully we noticed it before anyone had an allergic reaction. When we cut the cake the store was already closed, therefore we didn't have time to call in and inform the workers of the mistake that was made. I called a day later on Monday because i was busy on Sunday and did not have time to call. I called the store and the supervisor was quite rude. She refused to hand me a refund because I called 'too late'. She then blamed the situation on me stating that my mother should have noticed that it was not an oreo cake.The responsibility should not fall on us. If the customer expresses concerns that go unaddressed or if the restaurant fails to take precautions for common allergies, they may be liable to a customer when harm results from a food allergy. The supervisor kept interrupting me when i spoke and refused to give a refund. This was frustrating because the restaurant made a mistake and could have easily resolved the situation by handing me a refund. But, 2-3 years ago my aunt ordered cake for her son's birthday and wanted his picture on it. However, when we arrived to pick up the cake, there was no picture on it. The girls were telling me how their printer wasn't working. And I literally called two hours before to check if the cake was ready.However, no one told me anything about the picture. Like, we could have made better arrangements. Though, we did get our $10 back but that doesn't change the fact that there was no picture on the cake. My aunt and I were extremely disappointed. And a few months ago, I had a friend that ordered a cake for her brother. And she also wanted a picture of her brother on it and the same exact thing happened. This week I ordered a cake online for my sister's birthday with a picture uploaded online. And I called in to see if my cake had a picture on it or not.And the guy told me that there was no such order placed online when I clearly did place an order. Luckily, this guy was nice enough to be honest with me. The rest of the staff in this location are careless and could be rude at times.
