Wild Wing — Restaurant in Brampton

What a horrible experience at this location. We ordered a salad and fries as our starters and we ordered wings as our main. So we received our wings before we got our starters which is kind of messed up. Our wings were over fried to the point where the meat and the bones were hard to break apart. When we told the server that it was over fried she initially was reluctant to accept the fact that they were over fried. When we pointed out how hard it was her response was "oh no one else complained" implying that we didn't know what we were talking about. She finally accepted it and changed the wings when 3 out of the 8 pounds were almost inedible. They finally replaced the wings and they were still mediocre. After the manager arrived and came over and just asked if we wanted anything else instead of acknowledging that our experience was horrible. Then the owner came over and took the payment for the bill which is okay because a bill is a bill and we don't mind paying what we ordered. We paid our bill and as we walked to our car the waitress ran out after us accusing us of not paying our bill. First time I visited wild wings and had a very bad experience. Very disappointed with food and customer service.Nachos were bad, I ordered 6 different wings and all different flavours but I got all of them cold and same sour taste. They took over an hour and brought cold wings seriously cold wings. When I complaint the server, she said nothing she can do, she advised to find someone online to complain about it. I told her all the food is there, its not fresh nor tasty, my family is not eating they asked me to pay the bill then. My brother said ok if we have to pay for this garbage then we better give to someone outside, we wont leavt it here for you to serve them tonotger customer, he asked her to pack it, she said we dont pack leftovers, you want to tonit, there is the box go grab and pack urself. Came here on a Friday night for dinner and was incredibly let down. The waitress was friendly when she came over and took our drink order. Then we ordered our meals, Swiss mushroom melt with fries, wings with poutine, and one of their bruchetta flat breads. The food arrived in a very odd order. First I got my fries, then we got the flat bread (which don't be fooled by the description there was maybe a few tiny pieces of tomato, but was pretty much nothing but feta cheese and cucumber) then half way through my fries my burger showed up with the poutine. The burger was alright but the caramelized onions on it were frigid and threw off the overall taste of the burger. It wasn't until we were almost done with everything that the wings arrived. They were dried out and over cooked. Once we finished we paid our bill and left.
