Popular Pizza ( Kennedy and Wexford ) — Restaurant in Brampton

Wish I could give no stars. I just had a horrible experience calling your location and head office. I called to complain that 1 out of the 2 pizzas we ordered came out to be raw and uncooked. Instead, the lady claiming to be a "supervisor" said we could do nothing about it. She asked ME why one was uncooked and the other was still so doughy. Like, what? Are you serious? I don't work there, I didn't cook the pizzas; and therefore I'm not sure why she was asking a customer. However, I would just like to say as a long time customer (since your first opening at the Kennedy/Wexford location), I will never be returning. As a customer with an extremely large family who caters in large quantities from your company and this location specifically, I will be asking everyone to #boycottpopularpizza No one should be treated the way we were. Through word of mouth is how you not only gain customers, but also lose them. It's not about the cost of the pizza's its about the principle of business and customer service. I let the supervisor lady know that I'd be writing a review not only here, but other places as well, seeing as though my complaints went unheard. This is the 21st century. You need to treat your customers with respect, not brush them off. Your business runs on a large community within Brampton - do you think you will keep your business profitable if this is how you're planning on treating them? I would never write such a review, but then again, I never thought I would have been treated this way from such a franchise. Your team requires training in the field of customer relations. Extremely Disappointed – Unacceptable Service and Food Quality

I’ve been a regular customer of Popular Pizza for over a year, but after my most recent experience with their (Kennedy & Wexford) location, I will never be ordering from here again.

First, they delivered the wrong pizza —we placed a vegetarian order and received a non-veg chicken pizza instead. This is completely unacceptable, especially because everyone in our household is vegetarian for religious reasons. One of my family members accidentally ate a slice, thinking it was paneer, and became physically ill upon realizing it was chicken. This is not just careless, it's deeply disrespectful to customers' dietary and religious beliefs.

When we called to report the issue, the staff was rude and unprofessional. Instead of apologizing, they argued with us and told us to come pick up the correct pizza ourselves, despite their mistake and the long wait we had already endured.

To make matters worse:

We were overcharged for the wrong order. The delivery was extremely late, and the pizza arrived cold. The dough was hard, the cheese looked and tasted frozen, and overall the pizza was not fresh at all. Shockingly, they even took back the half-eaten pizza — which raises serious concerns about hygiene and what they do with returned food.

This experience was beyond disappointing. It was careless, disrespectful, and totally unprofessional.

I really like Popular Pizza. I prefer to order from this evertime but today I faced such a worst experience I have never faced with anyone. I had to wait since long time after it shows out of delivery. When I called customer care to get to know why the delivery person has not come I got to know that he has some work so he went there sorry mam he will reach in 5 minutes. This is not at all professional way. Even after waiting approximately 1 hour when he comes he was not able to find out my building whereas, I clearly provide my address online. He called me number of times to ask where I am standing. I was standing in front of the main entrance only. I had to miss my 3 busses because of this. At last when I received pizza that was so cold and sticky. This has spoiled my entire day and thrill. My whole day spoiled and even I will reach my home so late because of this. This was completely...
