Dhaba Express — Restaurant in Brampton

I gave one star because there is no option for "Zero" stars. This was the second time i went there, my mistake should have learned from previous experience. Any how, when you go in it seems that time has stopped in there. if they tell you it will take 5 minutes for your order, realize that in real time that 10 minutes. if they tell you 10 minutes, that 20 minutes in real time. You can hear and see a lot of commotion in the back (Kitchen) but nothing gets done and happens. I asked for two orders of Halwa Puri, i asked before hand what come in one order, she said 2 puries, cholay and hulwa. so i ordered. since i did not ask how long I kinda new it will take 15 to 20 minutes. Sure enough in 15 minutes my order was ready, i got home to eat and I have 2 puries and 1 roti (Oh and the roti was at the very bottom). Now if they were busy i could have understood that a mistake was made, but it was not busy at all. I called the store and their first response I was mistakenly given someone else's order. She put my on hold to check and came back saying sorry, we will make you another order just come and pick up. I told her i don't have that much free time so i am not coming back to pick it up, I also told her that I will never return to this establishment, she did not seem to care. so i hung up. Now here is anther funny thing, while i was waiting another customer had placed an order for 20 samosas. and guess what she also had to wait and did not even get 20 samosas. she got 18. as they did not have them ready. if they were so caring for their customers they could have offered to deliver the correct order at no extra cost. but that's called customer service which they don't know about.

Edit 2 So this is my opinion, if this location was remotely interested in customer service they would have to the least responded...

Fantastic food and catering services!!! So flavourful and spicy. We used their services for our Engagement party and our guests kept asking where we got the food from.

We are very picky about quality food and wanted the best butter chicken and biryani for our engagement party. We tried various places and luckily tried this place as an option. The owner, Harry, is one of the nicest people I've met. He is very easy to talk to, patient, let us try different items, and made custom food items for our menu.

For apps, we ordered manchurian ghobi (amazing), lamb kebabs (everyone loved them and was constantly asked to be refilled), paneer pakora, tandoori chicken (huge pieces were served), and chaat.

Dinner was butter chicken (this is my favourite food and i only wanted the best and it truly was amazing), lamb biryani (extremely flavourful and lots of lamb pieces), and various paneer dishes which were all very well made. He brought a tandoor and served it as buffet style. Everything was hot and fresh.

Dessert was also a hit. The galab jamun was freshly made and everyone loved it. Same with the gujrela. Very good quality.

No humanity, Poor quality and arrogant staff. I was a costumer from last one year but from now I will not buy anything. It's good to be hungry. They don't use good quality atta or flour. Oily, unwanted spices and gravy without any reason. They use plastic containers for hot daals for backup, that's not good for health.

They are liers. Just focus only to get orders than they forget about costumer . They always fail to give you food ontime.

They trained thier staff to fight without any reason. They will not say sorry even if they are wrong.

Today I ordered partha. They delayed and forget. I had to wait for more than half an hour. All rush were cleared than I politely and with respect said that I had to wait a lot and I showed them them time because I ordered from phone. Front girl started yelling without any reason and said it's your fault, trust me that was real. She yelled more than 2.min. just to hide the truth and other people were just looking and laughing.

Red moon bakery and shawarma opens 24×7. They have good service. I ate multiple times over there even 4 am just before work. Both are in same plaza and in same line in which that low level dhaba express exist. That's not for promotion but good to tell you guys about other options. This is low level and cheap...
