Pho Bo Saigon — Restaurant in Brampton

DO NOT COME HERE if I could give a review with 0 stars I would. I came today & ordered 3 XL beef noodle soups & asked for 6 fresh red peppers. The lady said they don't give those for free (every other pho place adds it automatically) and charged me $1.00 fine. I was charged tax which again is perfect fine no issues. When I asked for the receipt she told me to take a picture of the order slip that they use for the kitchen she wouldn't give me the itemized receipt because she didn't want to punch in my order into the cash register & when I refused to take the photo she was upset she has to provide me with a real receipt. When she was packing up my food she asked how many chopstick I required I told her 6 she said she's only giving me 3 and some spoons. I said no I need 6 because it's to feed 6 people she kept arguing with me telling me no she won't give it to me. Before she was done package all of my food I checked the container because it was really small it was half of a square container. I advised I ordered 3 XL this is not even half a portion she argued saying it is XL. I asked for my money back and for them to keep the food because it was a rip off. All of the side ingredients they put them in 2 glade ziplock bags. The staff was rude, the service was horrendous & I'd never ever even on my death bed eat at this restaurant or recommend it. There were other guests in the restaurant and the staff was full blown arguing with me from across the restaurant so everyone knew what was going on. It was embarassing on top of it all. When I went for the first time 5 years ago it was the total opposite. I went to a location by my house ordered the exact same food and got 3 square containers of the beef and noodles, 6 containers of broth, 5 fresh peppers for free , the amount of chopsticks I requested without attitude or arguing for...

racist establishment in brampton i and a friend visited the restaurant. i was sick and craving some pho. i ordered a large for 2 people (we werent hungry) and the waitress made a face while serving us we proceeded to ask for hot green tea just like everyone else in the restaurant (ours was ice cold for some reason) we asked for 2 forks and 2 bowls which came out cold the waitress refused to give us a secondary bowl- no reason provided we asked for a take out container which for some reason they charge extra money for we then asked to speak to a manager who refused to speak to us we stated we would not pay until speaking to the owner as the servicw was not something we were happy with the waitress said she was "not happy with us being there" i exclaimed how rude that was they proceeded to literally kick us out of the restaurant by moving us out

I've eaten here many times, but when they increased their prices I stopped. I understand many things are getting expensive but to me for their food and their prices it was too much. But.. recently I decided to order food there. It was a MISTAKE. My chicken pho was absolutely so bland. The broth literally tasted like water, no flavour whatsoever. The worst part is they have an item on their menu that I wanted to order. I asked the staff on the phone if they have it and she said YES cause I was ordering for pick up. She told me my food would take 20-25 mins. I got there in 30 mins and my food was still not done. They weren't even busy. As I'm about to pay one of the staff comes out and tells me the item I asked about earlier turns out they don't have the ingredient to make it. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!
