Please, for anyone SANITY/ sake.. you are better off buying food at a different Chinese food. It takes a lot for me to ever say things about business owners, which I never do because I am a business owner too, but in this case, the manager KEN leaves me with no choice. I went with good faith to buy food here. Yes, one of my daughters made a mistake in the order, plus the lady taking order could not even explain or give proper details of the food. I got the food and immediately said Sorry..can we amend the food because my children can not eat lots of sweets because it was in excess and the lady knew they weren't clear from the beginning."""" A lady from the kitchen came outside and was ready to help because she knew it was for my children and understood the situation, but the wicked manager/owner came out and stopped her. I was in shock.. I told him I was not planning to return the entire foods I ordered, which was a lot, but just a portion of the kids share. He said I would have to give him back the food and repay everything back. I was like.. so you want to keep the food i paid for .. Why can't we split the loss? He looked at me funny with a grin..I said - let's meet half way-- he said NO that I will repay back the kids' food, which was over $30, and he still wanted to still keep the food. I was like.. you are funny.. so your business doesn't want to have loss in this - he says nothing - that it is NOT his problem, and if I want another food, I must pay double. I was in disbelief. This Chinese man was so heartless and inconsiderate. I told him to give me back the food..I will waste it out myself, which I have done.
I went to buy Carribean food instead because my girls insisted. I love to cook a lot for my children, but I wanted to give them a treat tonight, and I don't know if the Chinese man KEN was just RACIST OR JUST UTTERLY WICKED . I wasn't requesting to return all food..just the portion of the children. I offered to pay half and business covers half because it was partly the lady who took the order who wasn't clear with her English. This manager Ken knew right there that I would never return back to a toxic and inconsiderate business again, and I told him I would send a Google review.. He said I DON'T CARE. If he was a good man.. his staff will not be quick to release his name.. the staffs knew he was wrong and they felt bad but that doesn't change anything.
I said I should let people know that some restaurants are here just to make money. They don't care about building return customers- meeting customers halfway or having EMPATHY or customer satisfaction. It's all about money . He knew they were children, and he said he didn't care. I honestly believe we were served left over food. They said it would take our order up to 45 minutes to one hour before it arrived. The order arrived faster than usual. 22 minutes, at first, we were happy as we usually were, until realizing we spend over $70 for absolute garbage.
Everything was cold except for the “free spring rolls” that were sent for spending over a certain amount, they were actually good.
We have even recommended this restaurant to several friends. We’re now embarrassed for that.
We will never order from here again, and look for alternative Chinese restaurants. How this got past quality control or management and sent out is beyond me. What a disgusting waste of money.
We’ve either been really lucky ordering from here or they have totally changed the management staff but it won’t happen again for us.

The food is way to expensive for the portion of food they give you. It's not even authentic! It's decent. So why charge such the high prices. I assume, rent their must be really expensive which is why they charge those high prices lol. Prior to your visit, be prepared to pay for any extras for sauces such as soy, hot sauce, plum and fortune cookies (FORTUNE COOKIES).... I only got 1 fortune cookie to divide for a family of four after paying for a price of a family of 4... LOL. Again, food was decent but after spending $50 plus dollars we ended up getting pizza after our meal to feed my hungry kids.
