Bad behaviour from their delivery guy. Got agitated upon my asking politely why he couldnt read the instructions to not ring the doorbell. Guy got agitated and charged at me holding his phone in my face saying he had tried calling. I thought he was about to punch me. Okay i get it you tried calling but thats no way to behave with your customers! Heck thats no way to behave with anyone!!! Called the store and reported the incident. This happened 3 months ago. but LAST WEEK when i ordered again,they said they wouldnt deliver to me. These guys had red flagged my phone number....For what???Being a victim here and reporting their drivers to their store and not to the cops??? Upon trying to speak to the manager who was not there(obviously) i was told by the supervisor lady(amanpreet kaur) that I should accept the pizza nicely. Really?? So my not calling the cops on their driver's charging at me,showing me the eyes,holding the phone in my face is not accepting the pizza nicely??? Unbelievable!! I reported this to their Facebook messenger account too and the person promised to get back to me...instead they got back at me. TODAY my friend ordered pizza from them as they have red flagged my number and my friend wanted to try their pizza so we used his phone to call..same address though... and their delivery guy left our Beverages at the store. They are literally jusr 3 km away from us. Guy promised to return with the drinks in 5 min. Thats how long it takes to drive from my place to theirs and back..and we got our drinks delivered after 35 min. Plus TODAY i found my review deleted. I wont relent (Un)Popular Pizza. Amidst all this,no word of apology nor any gesture of courtesy from anybody from this store which is nothing but a blot on the Indian way of doing business. Shameful! These guys are really low!!! Word of caution : watch who delivers your pizza,cases of desi students' fights in Brampton,i dont trust their delivery guys.They are unprofessional,disrespectful and far far away...

Anotherr one for this location at Gore road for Oct 2018 and yes its again a 1 star... unfortunately thats the least I can give them. I wish there was an option for ZERO stars, I will be more than happy to give them ZERO stars.

There girls at centre location are really really rude specially girl named Preet (Which is obviously a FAKE name)..... is one of the rudest girl I have ever talked to in my life.

They dont care about their customers..... I have a video of the incident which just happened Today and I can share it on request.

This location needs to be closed or it should be managed by better professional personals who know better to take care of there customers.....Thanks

This review is for Popular pizza at Gore road. Ordered wings and was told that they will be ready in 15 20 mins but had to wait way longer than that. Got home and checked the wings were not the way I wanted. I wanted half wings without any sauce but dipped all of them in sauce so nothing left for my little one. I called their customer line and told them everything. They asked to me to wait until they talk to this particular store and said they will compensate me next time. But when they called me back they said there is nothing they can do about it. I am never going back to...

I was trying ordering pizza today by phone and address and everything was checked and was giving pizza toppings order and the call was disconnected all if a sudden. I called again and some other girl picked the call and was very rude and have zero customer service etiquettes, she stuck with me at the address only by saying that if you are not sure about the intersection then she can’t take my order. I mentioned her that I was talking with someone a minute ago and was telling the toppings for pizza and call was disconnected but she was too adamant to do her job to find which was the previous recent call I was talking to and what I was ordering. She mentioned the intersection right and I said can you please check in your system by my address, what is the correct intersection as I was not sure. But she didn’t bother doing her job and said to me that she can’t take my order. We usually order pizza from this place before too, but must say to the owner that their employees have very bad customer service etiquette. They don’t care about taking this business seriously.
