Tldr: ice cream is awesome and flavors are unique, and staff was nice and cared about what they were doing. They're a new location, so I highly suggest you support and check them out.

The rolled ice cream: The ice cream is extremely nice and smooth. They don't use cheap cream which is nice and it shows in the taste. The flavors are extremely creative and are well suited for the neighbourhood they store is in, which is predominantly Indian. I can even imagine this store as a good truck, but I digress. The quantity is alot, so the price doesn't feel too bad. Also the sugar content to fat content was well balanced because it never felt overly sugary and it was consistent throughout. I wish they would offer the ability to mix and match flavors for portions, albiet it's hard to pull off with rolled ice cream.

I also had the espresso and it was decent however it felt overly bitter later on (maybe the water temp was too high, but not sure). I suggest buying another coffee from there.

The staff/vibe: The staff were incredibly nice and even asked how the food was. That's important because it implies that they care about quality and bettering themselves, so I'm looking forward to how they progress. The vibe of the place is very casual. There are not many tables so on a busy day you may not have a place to sit but with covid it's not...

Dropped by Rock and Roll today for an ice cream, and I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service. Harpreet, who served us, was incredibly friendly and caring. She made our ice cream with such attention to detail, ensuring everything was perfect. What really stood out was her genuine interest in our experience; she even asked for feedback, which shows a real commitment to customer satisfaction. It’s rare to find such dedicated and personable service these days. I’ll definitely be returning soon!

The service is very friendly and quick. Hardly any wait but the quality is lacking. Perhaps its only the flavour I tried but first impressions make a difference. I got the Rose Faluda Roll because the lady at the counter said it was one of their best sellers (and after trying it.. I can hardly believe that). The ice cream was made of a plain sweetened milk base (not vanilla) with drizzled Red Roafsa or grenadine on it. Topped off with some Faluda noodles. The flavours were not blended in at all and the ice cream base was very cold and hard like it was made too thin. Took a while to thaw before I could eat a decent bite. Once it melted, the sugary milk base and the red drizzle made it way too sweet for me to eat so I didn't finish it. I'm really hoping it was just my flavour that was not the best so maybe skip out on that one. Also I don't know if their machine has an issue with mobile wallet payments, or it was just my phone stirring up trouble but it kept declining the transaction through my...
