HORRIBLE !!!!!!!! 😣😖 The only word that can explain the Staff’s behaviour in drive thru , forget about Me and my friends ever going to step inside of the store again. NEVER NEVER go to this Tim Hortons and I will advice who ever is reading this to do the same. I can’t believe we are in the same good old Canada.
It was 95 F, Sun blazing hot outside and what else a person can think of in this environment other than an ICE Coffee with extra ICE in it. I ordered the same and my friend ordered a Tea instead. As it was really hot and we were extra thirsty , we asked for two cups of Water with ICE in it to quench the thirst and then enjoy the ICE Coffee with extra ice in it.
We even paid 20 cents per cup for the water which is a reasonable and I do support Timmies to charge for extra cup to curb the wastage of extra cups and save environment. The girl in the drive thru who was to deliver us the order was so RUDE and ADAMANT to hand out us only the small cups of water. I asked for large cup of water pointing towards the heat outside and we even paid for it. Then she started to LIE that the large cups are for $2.00 plus taxes for just one cup and $4.00 plus taxes for TWO cups.
I asked for any written statement from Tims about the price of empty Large Hot cup but she started to argue with us in drive thru with people HONKInG behind us, not just hand out large cup of water and stop the argument with us but NO.
The staff working with her gathered around us like a pack of WOLVES ready to attack us. Not even once any of the staff member had the decency to give us some water as we were extremely thirsty in this hot day. Canada has the reputation for humanity and empathy to mankind but places like this putting Canada on a darker side.
Even the ice coffee was missing the extra ice and sugar in it. I never had the courage to back inside or even in the drive thru to ask for sugar forget about the ICE. Had no other choice but to drink my ICE coffee as it was with no sugar and ice.
The Corporation who ever is handling this Tim Hortons , please do something about the customer service of this location. Train the staff again or anything so that Tim Hortons dont loose its reputation for good customer services.

Me and my family went into the drive thru today because we were all craving something from timmies. We ordered 2 small iced lemonades, 1 steep tea double double, 1 quencher, 2 bagels and a pack of 20 timbits. When we pulled up into the drive thru they handed us some frozen orange coloured concoction, a black coffee, the wrong quencher and 2 bagels that were NOT toasted, had NO butter and we're COMPLETLY dry and when we tried to tell them this was not our order they completely ignored us and the cars behind us wher honking and yelling at us.I told my dad about this and he told me never to the drive thru because they will NEVER get your order right. He told me the drive thru is where they give the food/drinks that they screwed up on. And let me tell you this was not the first time that this happened.
A few weeks ago I went to Tim Hortons with my family and we order our food, they had given us around half of the drinks within 7 minutes then we waited another 15 minutes for the food. This would be completely understandable if we ordered alot but in our case we didn't, all we ordered was 2 muffins, a green tea, 2 iced lemonades and 2 steep teas. We asked what was taking so long and they assumed we didn't order yet. It took 5 minutes for them to find our order and another 7 minutes to give it all. It should not take that long to give people there food this is just terrible customer service.
What's even worse is that the staff PUBLICLY shame each other. I ordered my food yesterday and then when I gave the money the lady went to ask someone for help which I didn't mind. Once she and one of her co workers came back the co worker literally said out loud "sorry about her she doesn't understand this". I felt so bad for the poor lady she was PUBLICLY EMBARRASSED infront of her co workers and customers and worst of all the lady didn't feel bad about it at all. Overall the customer service was terrible and the way the co workers treat each other...

Went through the drive thru, and the girl said she had a hard time hearing me because I was on the passenger side due to a disability and my mom could not speak English. She told me that I should drive until I pointed out my disability and that legally, I could not drive and my mom could not speak english. I also let her know that I come here almost every day and no one else has said anything. Then she said I didn't know and walked off without confirming the order and just complaining. After that, they still got the order wrong. So I went in and asked for it to be fixed. Instead of complaining to me that your company can't give you good headsets and why Im not driving, make sure and double-check the order. It's called trouble shooting.
Decided to give it another go and give this location another shot. But safe to say 10 months later and same stuff. Order completely wrong charged more and given the wrong items again. When I asked the lady she said that the order was right. But from the last experience I had made sure to confirm the order with the guy taking it at the speaker and he told me to drive up. She started telling me that I never asked for that when I had confirmed it. Please guys if you can try to record your experiences with this location for proof especially at drive thru. Like what is wrong with this location? It's literally 2 begals 2 coffees and a cookie. She gave me 3 coffees...
