One of the worst starbucks ever.I used to always come here but stopped recently.So i have a personal cup which I mention in the drive through always.They give me coffee based on what I ordered.I always ordered the same thing grande black and every single time they fill the bottle only half.It is a standard Starbucks grande 16 oz bottle which I got from Seattle where starbucks started.This is so confusing for them that they won't fill the bottle and give me half filled coffee The coffee is cold as hell as well.Every time I go to starbucks I remind them this is a 16 of grande personal bottle so.please fill it full they never would do.it and mention 16oz is not grande .So there is a manager who comes in one day she wears glasses and is in the morning time tells me everytime very confidently and that she is so sure about her job that 16 oz is not grande coffee.I mean seriously if this is true then the world around us is a lie.How can you be so much confident and argue about a thing which you dont even know and have knowledge about.You are working in the same industry instead of training your staff and yourself for things you dont know shit about you are arguing with the customer just to prove a point as I believe the staff is frustrated working there in a minimum wage job.This is the morning 6 am -10am team which i am talking about.This is so frustrating for a customer who is regular to the shop and you know coffee is expensive.I behave been to other starbucks in Brampton. And all around the world and never faced this problem with a personal starbucks cup that they give it half filled.Tell me that all other starbucks are wrong and this starbucks is right.This is so frustrating everytime for a regular customer that he literally stopped coming and this is your customer service and starbucks is only known for giving good customer service Please please it's a request to the franchise owner to train the morning staff and the morning manager or you can hire new staff who are more efficient and knows the job.For your Information I have noted down the specifications of the starbucks personal cups from the starbucks website Short-8 oz Tall-12...

No big deal, things happen usually it’s always ready it’s not the end of the world. Since they owed me a drink I had called after to confirm if I could just pick it up another day instead, they said that was fine. A few days later I had called and told them who I was and that I would come now to pick up my drink, the lady asked me what the drink was just to confirm and I told her and than said I am on my way. I got there and was met with a ton of attitude and that my drink was not ready and it’s my fault because I did not tell them I had arrived at the speaker. When ever i place a mobil order pick up I never stop at the speaker as i ordered on the app and sometimes the line is so long I go inside and it’s sitting and waiting. This is why i called to place my order and told the lady on the phone the exact drink and “i’m coming now” but I am the problem? Instead of apologizing again the lady at the window just blamed me and was so rude and obnoxious. There used to be another lady at the window I would see every morning who was so friendly but I don’t see her anymore. You should never ever blame customers, especially when the customer is actually right and this is the second time there is an issue. I left again without my drink as I had to catch my train and didn’t have time to wait again. This is why i order ahead of time. I called later asking for a manager as I want to get a refund instead as I am not longer comfortable coming to this store and no one ever called me back. Read moreNot acceptable customer service. I purchased a starbucks coffee mug couple days ago. The mug had defective lid, so I wanted it to exchanged it . The store which I purchased the mug from happened to be closed today so I called head office number on the receipt to asked if I had to go back to the same store or if I could have it exchanged at any Starbucks store. I was told by the customer service that as long as I had original receipt and I purchased the mug within 60 days , I could do the exchange/return at any Starbucks So I drove to this store. The employee (nice lady, no issue with her) told me that she could not do the exchange (she called her boss) because as as per manager instructions she could not accept a used mug (again the mug was purchased two days earlier). The receipt only states that I need to have original receipt. I was confused , so I called customer service 2nd time and 2nd time I was told that I could return the mug to any store. Still the store employee refused to the exchange because she said her boss had told her not to take it. I guess the manager of this particular store has her own return policy so if you need to buy Starbucks merchandise , don't do it at this location as they might not honour corporate return policy even if the item is defective. Go and buy Starbucks merchandise somewhere else and I think someone from the head office should call that manager and maybe clarify with them the company store...
