I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. My order was messed up twice, and when I brought it to their attention, the kitchen staff began speaking loudly among themselves with clear irritation. While they didn’t shout at me directly, their attitude made me feel extremely uncomfortable—like I was asking for charity rather than paying with my hard-earned money.

The way I was treated was completely unacceptable. The staff showed no basic courtesy, at least in my case—I can’t say how they treat other customers, but my experience was far from pleasant.

Another major issue is that the restaurant is overcrowded and clearly understaffed. This seems to be a common problem in many Brampton restaurants, but it’s especially noticeable here.

Food was good but staff needs to be more polite and not cheat customers. I ordered tandoori chai and a cream roll and they charged me $6.75 which I paid, but then I looked at the price and found that chai was for $2.99 and cream roll for $1.99 which makes a total round figure of $5, even if I add 13% tax the total comes out to be $5.65, still they charged me $1.10 extra. When I asked for the same they said it’s tax then I told tax is just $.65 and then suddenly they changed the topic and said prices have increased. I asked where is it mentioned on the menu. I’m 100% sure they fool so many people on daily basis and the best part is they never give you bill. Would request the owner to look into the matter and everyone else please take proper bill and check the calculations. But food is good no issue...
