The worst Wild Wings location, probably in all of Canada. I ordered here last week from their own website for pickup 25 mins later. When I went to pick up the order, they asked if it was ordered on Skip or Uber Eats. I said No, from the Wild Wings website but they had no record of it. The waitress said maybe I had just placed the order and I said no I placed it 30 mins ago and showed the confirmation. They still could not find the order and said maybe there was some "glitch" with their computer system. Annoyed I asked who did I pay for the order then?
The waitress then looked at the payment confirmation on my phone while I repeated the order which was a double order with fries and veggies. The waitress wrote it down on paper and said it would take about 10 mins so I waited at the bar. It had now been 40 mins since I placed the order. After waiting an additional 25 mins with no apology or even a complimentary soft drink while I waited, the order was finally ready. When I checked inside the bag in the car, there were no fries with the order. I went back inside to complain and said you forgot the fries. The waitress told me to wait and said that I didn't tell her the order had fries. I said yes, you saw the confirmation on my phone 3 times! Still she said I didn't tell her verbally, which I said I did. I told her instead of arguing, can you just bring the fries. She again told me to wait while she helped another table. I interrupted and said No, I'm not waiting any longer. I apologized to the table and told them I'm sorry but I've been waiting over an hour for one order of wings which was ridiculous. She tried to ignore me but I stood there until she went to the back. Miraculously she brought the fries order right away in one small box and claimed it was a double order of fries. I said you're kidding me, this can't be but she insisted it was which is an absolute joke. I finally left after saying their restaurant was pathetic!
After reading the other reviews, it's evident that neither the owner, staff or the Wild Wings head office care about customer service or quality of food at this location. There is no incentive for them to improve anything about this location. How they stay in business is remarkable. I've lived in the area for over 15 years and have never seen more than 5-10 customers for dine in or at the bar. I don't think they will ever improve and have probably lost many many customers over the years, and now me. I tried contacting the head office to lodge a complaint, however the only way to provide feedback is to the restaurant location directly. It's obvious based on other reviews that problems at this location have persisted for years with no improvement. Providing feedback to the owner would be useless. And the Wild Wings head office only seems to be interested in collecting franchise fees since this restaurant has been allowed to operate for years even with atrocious online reviews. I even checked the official Wild Wings X/Twitter account but it doesn't seem to be monitored and they never replied to any tweets related to customer complaints, and one was for this very location! Again useless.
Save your money and go elsewhere, literally anywhere! The wings from Popeyes and Fortinos in the very same plaza are way...

The flavors were not what we ordered. The cook acknowledged that they were wrong and took them back to fix. Instead of making new ones they just added the flavor we ordered on top of the incorrect flavor which resulted in an AWFUL taste.. Half were corrected, but the other half needed to be redone AGAIN. Meanwhile the correct half were sitting getting cold. We asked for them to be redone as well so that all would be hot when we left. For the third time our order came out⦠(we ordered two flavors)ā¦one was correct but the other flavor was divided into two boxes and one box was correct and the other half was VERY spicy (not the right flavor). Now it was 9:00 and we still did not have the right wings and the fries we ordered from the beginning were stone cold. We were frustrated and it was obvious that we were not going to get our meal right or warm so we asked for a refund. We were told that they could not do that and that they could only give store credit. There is no way we would come back to that location again so why would we want store credit. After a lot of frustration they gave us cash for the one box that was still made wrong. However they indicated we were still getting 2 pounds of that flavor, but when we got home it was only one pound and very small pieces..one was bone only (no meat under the breading). Finally at 9:30 we were on our way home with an over priced part of our order which was cold and no longer appealing at all to us. I've ordered take out from this location many times and have had to wait at least 20 mins or more. Decided to eat in this evening. The server initially seemed pomite. She came over and we ordered drinks and then we asked for 5 mins. The server came back about 20-25 mins later and took our order. About 30 mins later the manager walked to our table to "confirm" our order. At that time our order was punched in. My best guess is that the server forgot our order. Then 25 minutes later I was no longer willing to wait for the food as at other WW locations I've never had to wait this long. I walked up to the server and told her that I wanted to pay for the drinks and be on our way because it was taking way too long. She said that my apatizer was on its way and then had the audacity to give me attitude and talk to me in an unwelcoming tone (especially since she forgot to punch in our order). This is considering the restaurant was Not Busy At All (no more than 10 other guests) The server went into the kitchen to talk to the manager and came out saying that "you're food is ready to come out." I attested that it was just taking too long, to which she responded in a very rude tone and told me to "have a nice day." I'm not one to insult or shame people. I'm very patient even when someone is difficult. But this is just HORRIBLE SERVICE UPON HORRIBLE SERVICE. If you value yourself, your time, your self-respect and want to have a pleasant experience. AVOID THIS LOCATION...
