Taco Star(Ghost Kitchen) — Restaurant in Brampton

I dont really know what's up with this place. It's s ghost kitchen so I think the quality of what you're going to get is HEAVILY dependent on who's working that night. That being said:

the food is not fresh

It's the only taco place I've ever ordered from where I actually couldn't eat the tacos.

The chicken in my tacos was sour, and the beef tasted so off. It's like they decided to use up whatever old meat they had.

The guac looked super fresh but was expired and had a mildew aftertaste. I actually forgot to throw out one of the little guac containers from 2 weeks ago and it's JUST AS GREEN AS WHEN I FIRST GOT IT

Idk what they're doing to the food at this location but I absolutely do not recommend. I don't usually leave reviews if they're not great but this place is soooo weird...

I’m honestly not sure where the negative reviews are coming from. I forgot my lunch and was looking for something light, and this place had amazing deals on Uber Eats. Buy 1 get 1 free for tacos, chips, and poutine!

I got the chips and guac, and it was SO DELICIOUS. The flavors were fresh and tangy, and the chips had so much texture and taste. They were on the saltier side, but it added to the flavor.

I did try to call to let the restaurant know, but I was not able to get through. As a business, you should have someone available to assist with taking calls to ensure there are no errors.

This place is a scam. There’s no phone number to call anyone, they are just on door dash and Uber eats and you don’t even know where it’s coming from. I ordered tacos with the beef brisket and the meat was slimey and tasted like it was microwaved pull apart meat. You NEED to drench it in sauce. The shells are stale and the food does not taste good. The photos look nothing like the food they serve , I HIGHLY suggest you do not order from here.
