Only some of their staff including the afternoon manager is good. The male manager in afternoon or morning is good. But the rest of the evening staff who works around 4-5pm is not respectful at all. They don't do customer service and they don't treat customers like customers, especially the female supervisor who works in evening. "My major problem is that most of the times they make the wrong order specifically in the afternoon shift at the time of rush maybe. Most of the time I got the wrong order. Also, from last 1 month I always only order a (Medium Steep Tea Triple Triple with Chai Tea bag), they forget to put sugar in the tea. That issue has happened twice. No doubt the male manager in afternoon shift treats the customer well and always talked to me nicely, but... I don't even also find it relevant that they ask us to taste and check the coffee or tea when it's been given to us by their only staff who made the prder wrong, as provided the driveway is busy and my or anyone's time is crucial, I already ordered on the drivethrough and they have confirmed the order. We as customers can be kind and agree to taste the coffee rightaway but it's not our duty actually to do that. Our work as a customer is only to order in a right way that we want and pay the money. I mean we're paying for the order, especially for a regular customer for me who orders on Tim hortons everyday, it's a kind of monthly budget for us. Then why do we even have to listen extra from the branch when (they make the wrong order and it's their mistake). Hell, that results in loosing the customers. I hope the owner and the Senior manager of the branch will understand that. Also, we can bring back the tea or coffee pr order as well but how you gonna test no sugar. Are you going to taste the coffee already sipped and defiled? making a video not gonna make a difference. You'll have to accept and treat the customer like a customer. If it's your mistake, it's your mistake. The customer is giving you money for the item purchased and repeated mistakes aren't good at all. Especially, don't blame regular customer like us saying that a lot of people do fraud by faking that they received the wrong order when they not. Well, not everybody is like the same. Atleast I'm not. Do you even know that if someone would feel sensitive for it, they can sue your branch for this for big time?? So, please rather than doing anything else, improve your staff and management bevause the loss for me? I was feeling dizzy and needed to have a coffee. You made the wrong order but congratulations, we're already back to our work from the lunch break and now we can't have a tea. Owners and Managers has to actually...
Read moreService: Service is quick and the people are nice, i’ve never had any issues with rudeness or workers being short with me which is very nice. I would commend Sachin the manager as he’s always got a smile and seems eager to make customers happy.
Atmosphere: The workers attitude lends itself to the general vibe of the place as it’s pretty welcoming, nothing too special as it’s a small location. but it does have a nice feel to it.
Food: This is a general issue for me as my drinks are always fine, but unfortunately the people making the food seem to be lacking in care and attention to detail. i usually get a farmers wrap and while it’s okay ‘sometimes’, a lot of the time it’s very clearly rushed with all of the egg or bacon being at one end of the wrap, cold cheese clumps ruining the first bite and therefore the whole experience, and either barely any sauce, or an extreme amount to where it’s all i can taste.
i tend to look over the counter to see how things are made and i watch wraps and bagels get thrown together without any care, assembled while looking at the screen or multitasking, and i understand now how i end up with all my egg to one side. as someone who has worked in fast food for years and an avid customer, it’s very easy to tell when something was not made with “love” so to speak.
in conclusion this location has very nice and welcoming people, and they are a big part of why i come back, however my only suggestion is that the food is prepared with a little extra care, as tim hortons has been bashed over all of social media for their terrible food presentation. while ive had some badly put together food, ive had some very nice meals here and i am positive they are capable of rectifying this...
Read moreI just visited this location and was placing the order via drive thru. The CSR( Sumandeep) who was taking my order was very rude and unprofessional. She was interrupting me while I was placing my order. She sounded pretty off. She said there are no food items available. I was like are you sure there is noting available to eat and she said no there is nothing. Okay then I asked her okay by any chance do you have Choco chip muffin and she was like yea. I said then you have something to eat. She seems to be least interested in her job and was just trying to get rid of me. We as a customer have not done anything wrong to you and we definitely do not deserve such type of service. Honestly her rudeness just spoiled everything. I was working till late at work and I just thought getting a cup of tea and something to eat will relieve me of tiredness. Did not expected such type behaviour. My car was the only car at the drive thru at 11 pm today. To me it sounded like that I came at the wrong time. Such a shame!
Can’t even imagine in a 2- 3 min conversation at the drive thru how someone can be so rude...
