Great location for a Tim Hortons as it sits on a main intersection, and right next to a bus stop. The building looks great from the outside, but has a very triangular shape to it as it really does sit on a corner. The parking is a bit awkward due to its shape as it also tries to accommodate a drive through as well. Inside looks nice and clean and has enough space for employees and customers, so it doesn't look too crammed like some other locations I've visited. Placed an order for a soup combo, and I was surprised to see a trainee take my order since she greeted me with a big beautiful smile and made me feel welcomed right away. (I've been to many Tim Hortons, but have never felt this welcomed.) Waiting time was quite reasonable for what I ordered and in comparison with the amount of other customers waiting.
Picked up my order and sat down ready to eat. As I reached for a wedge fry, I noticed there was a piece of hair sticking out right on top. My very first instinct was to remove it quickly as I was disgusted, but then realized I should have left it for the employee(s) to see that my food should not have been served at all. Annoyed at this point, because I was really hungry and really just wanted to have a quick meal, I reluctantly got up from my comfortable seat and headed straight back to the trainee. I told her there was a piece of hair in my food, and I would like to have it replaced with another order. She quickly took the wedge fries from me and asked for another order. When another employee handed my order over, she said she upsized it for me. I thought it was a great gesture since I personally haven't received too many gestures like these from even dine in restaurants.
I finished my meal, but had a sudden craving for some coffee, so I placed an order for a small size with whom I can only assume was the manager as she quickly apologized about my order from before and handed over a complimentary coffee. I don't have anything bad to say about the service I received at this location at all. The service was great from start to finish from the traineee who took my order, the employee who upsized my order, to the manager who offered a complimentary coffee. My only regret is not being able to get a name from any of them.
It's a bit odd for me to write a review for a Tim Hortons, but I really wanted to express what a great surprise it was to receive such service from a coffee place. I paid around 12 -14 dollars for my order I asked for a steep tea medium made with milk, One everything bagel, double toasted with butter, chipotle sauce, cheddar cheese, and hash brown inside, One hash brown on the side, And one Boston cream doughnut. I placed this order on 11th of November, and they did not put my doughnut in the bag and they made my steep tea with cream again after me repeating it five times at least because they always make it wrong. They kept rushing me through the drive-through , they did not put any sauce on my bagel. Did not give me the hash brown on the side. Made my tea wrong again the second time around and when I called the restaurant when I got home they told me if I called again they’re going to contact the police, the staff members at this location do not know how to talk to people their Russian customers through the drive-through just to get their timings right I understand I have worked at fast food restaurants as well, but that does not mean taking peoples money and not giving them what they actually paid for and on top of everything else giving them disrespect while the customer is talking to them...

Today 28th August Make sure you have credit or debt card because they don't accept cash , today they refused to take CAD 100 and said we don't accept and insulted me .
In 14th August Last Month I ordered Chicken Soup with extra chicken , they charged extra for extra chicken but when I got my order no extra chicken plus quantity of normal chicken was also less , when I complaints they said we don't have an extra chicken, when u don't have why u charge for extra ????

They gave me order and refused to give me a bag , I told thm how can I take it to my home by walk , I saw so many bags inside but they said sorry we don't have
One lady is always there , I don't know the name she always misbehaving and treated like this. When a cashier deal with me she came and take that cashier when cashier back did misbehaving .
This tims is 1mins walking distance from my house that is y I went there for coffee .. I'm a regular tims customer since so many years
But thus behaviour of this franchise staff is hurts my sentiment and insulted me
