Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Brandon

We are from out of town and have ordered here three times in three weeks

#1 - the order took over two hours. We ordered at 11:00 and the order arrived and it was past 1:00 AM when it finally arrived. We ended up having to wait in the parking lot of the apartment block. The driver showed up with a number of children in the back seat. The order showed it was en route when it wasn’t. They also sent Pepsi instead of iced tea which I could not drink due to allergy. They called and said accidentally brought iced tea instead of Pepsi, and they they would go back but it would table another hour.

#2 - ordered and picked up ourselves at store. Gave us the wrong pizza, and forgot a number of the additional items we had ordered with it and paid for. We had to go back and get them.

#3. Ordered pizza at 11:00. Order was supposed to arrive by 11:45 and was showed as delivered. Called the store because the app was showing as “delivered” and it was not. Contacted hotel saying it hand t been delivered. Called credit card company because no one could track it down. Called the store again and they said that “sometimes the site shows delivered”. Pizza arrived by 12:15. Edited to add - when we opened the pizza, it wasn’t cooked all the way through and was cold, they forgot the two additional sides of pepperocini we ordered and paid for, and we had ordered onions and pineapple as extras (and paid for both) and neither were added. I called the store and they offered a 30% discount for next time. I said we were from out of town and wound like the correct order tonight. Everytime I ordered from here had a good pizza but today when I order online it was showing that will take 15-20 min to pick up but pizza was ready in 10 min. I drove at there waited outside in my car thinking it is still in process. After 5 min when I went in, no customer 3 people were talking, my pizza was ready put aside to pick up. I thought it normal, paid my stuff and went home. Pizza was little cold then every time, wasn’t cook well. Found mushroom which I did not order. After eating half, I throw out pizza. Not sure what to say. It's not everyday you watch someone making pizzas that wiped the sweat from her face then go over and touch the pizza dough with the same hands. Let alone no hair nets and no gloves or masks to cover the spit coming out of their mouth. Sure they do hand tossed dough but that's pretty disgusting. Plus picking their nose, touch the computer screen, mopping the floor then right back to touch the dough Those people need to have training.. or fired. If you order at the store make sure you stand there and watch. You'll be amazing what they get away...
