I had an incredibly disappointing experience at the Tim Hortons location at 1655, 18th street, Brandon. it was clear this location has serious issues with its customer service and management.
First, the wait time was ridiculously long. The staff were slow and disorganized, making no effort to expedite service or acknowledge the delay.
I wasnât even greeted properly. The staff member simply looked at me with an impatient expression, as if I were an inconvenience. Basic courtesy was completely missing.
To make things worse, several food items were unavailable. I was told they were âout of stock,â This was frustrating, as these are items I expect to be readily available at Tim Hortons it was showing available on App for this location.
The attitude of the employees was absolutely unacceptable. They were rude, dismissive, and showed no willingness to assist or resolve my concerns. When I asked to speak with the supervisor, I was shocked to receive the same dismissive behavior from them as well. Instead of offering any solution or apology, the supervisor brushed off my complaints and acted as if I was the problem.
This was, by far, the worst customer service Iâve ever experienced at Tim Hortons. I understand that mistakes and busy times happen, but the level of unprofessionalism and disrespect I encountered is unacceptable.
Management needs to take action to improve the training and attitude of the staff at this location. Customers should not have to deal with long waits, unavailable menu items, and rude behavior from employees and supervisors alike. Until these issues are addressed, I will not be returning to this location and will reconsider my loyalty to Tim Hortons as a brand.
I have noticed many customers had similar experiences with same location Tim Hortons 1655, 18th...
Read moreIt used to be the best Timmyâs in town but now itâs nothing near that, I went today and had to wait ten minutes to order at the counter and there was no other clientes before just me, I guess the drive through is more important than me. Anyways, I was going to purchase some donuts but the whole place was packed with flies and they were even inside the display laying on top of the donuts and all the product. This is unacceptable itâs a matter of hygiene and public health flies are carrier of diseases I just ended up getting my coffee when I mentioned the flies Te person at the counter just smiled and didnât do anything, she said a few words but I think she doesnât speak English so I didnât understand anything⌠I also wanted to replaced my lost Tim points card she send me to do it online well thatâs not as important as the bad service and the cleanliness of the place. Poor customer from the drive though that order this product with flies on it.
Very disappointed at the management at this...
Read moreTheir donuts arenât baked, theyâre resurrected - thawed hockey pucks dipped in sugar water, then presented as heritage. Bite into one and youâll discover the true meaning of emptiness, both literal and spiritual.
Breakfast sandwiches? Picture a microwaved flip-flop smothered in cheeseâcolored plastic, served between âbreadâ with the tensile strength of damp cardboard. Each bite is a moral surrender; swallow and youâre complicit in a multi-million-dollar scam whose official slogan should be âAbandon Hope, All Ye Who Enter This Drive-Thru.â
Service? Staff stare into the distance like traumatized wildlife, praying the espresso machine doesnât weep hot water again. Order complexity exceeding two items triggers a meltdown that would make a Soviet breadline look like fine dining.
But heyâat least the cups still have that cute maple leaf, right? Because nothing says âI love my countryâ like paying six CAD for liquid...
