Burger King — Restaurant in Brandon

This is now a revised review of Burger King. Lately I've been going here because it's so great but also lately I've been made to park around the front for food that isn't ready my fries have been cold and I always have to wait for chicken strips which is their new special you think being a special you wouldn't have to wait for it. I can see now why people dislike this place a little more than I thought I just saw a disgruntled customer open her door and have to yell into the microphone to hear the woman on the other side. As a local guide who who post publicly Lots it's a little disheartening to know that a Burger King in the hub of Brandon you're the shoppers mall can be so unorganized I've heard from unknown sources it's a woman serving always goes out for cigarettes that's why she makes people wait for their food. Don't know if that's true it's all speculation at this point. I can't stand waiting for four pieces of chicken strips and fries and parking out front every time for 10 minutes it's beginning to be a burden and I don't think I want to come here anymore. If the Burger King manager sees this can you please address the situation it's getting very annoying and I don't like coming...

They just completed renovations....not sure why. None of the windows had sun-blinds (every surface was a highly-reflective cheap poly-vinyl almost wore my shades for supper). Kitchen was completely missed....not even their gear was replaced (from what I could see). Only spending money on what the customer can see just allows them to see how unhappy the staff are. I think there might have been 3 clean tables? And only one was occupied.... definitely not busy enough to warrant that level of neglect. Garbage cans had the tiniest holes, encouraging customers to miss and dump their trash all over the floor. But....where else am I gonna get that much MSG on a crunchy chicken sandwich lol...I'll continue my twice annual guilty pleasure I guess.

--old review-- Couldn't finish either burger. Fries were par. Staff faught with their "ex" (I'm assuming) after I ordered.

But I was fast....

I love a whopper. I used to eat there every other Whopper Wednesday. But years ago it really started going down the drain. No buns or the grill didn’t work. About 6 or 7 years ago, The final straw was a fly in the ice cube (not kidding lol, they left the lid off the ice machine) & the manager didn’t even apologize or offer a coupon. Well last night i had a craving for a whopper extra pickles, the lady at the window was pleasant, but they were both luke warm, obviously sitting for a while (around 11pm ish) and just kinda gross. I ate 1 and gave the other one away. The building needs updates badly, policies reviewed, and some quality control looked at. I can deal with a run down location if the food is good. Oh well, I’ll try again in another 5...
