One star is to high of a rating for the service I received on Tuesday Oct 13 2020 at 7:00pm. I went through the drive through with my Son who wanted 2 cheeseburgers with just ketchup on them. There was a lot of confusion at the speaker with my order. So when I got up to the window the lady brought someone else over to the window to help complete an order of 2 cheeseburgers with ketchup only. The lady who came over to help was rude from the second she started to talk to me. She kept telling me I ordered Moma burgers. And that is what I confirmed at the speaker. When I said I am just looking for 2 kids burgers for my Son with ketchup she still would not ring that in for me. She just wanted to argue with me about ordering Moma Burgers when I never said I wanted Moma Burgers. When I finally told her to never mind with the order, I will go to another location she said 'Ya thats right!!!" I went right into the store and asked to speak with a Manager and she told me she was the manager. I will never go to this location again. I can not believe Management treats customers with such disrespect. I went to another location to get my Son 2 cheeseburgers with ketchup only and they did not have one issue completing that...

Yesterday being Halloween, Oct 31st, A&W was offering free kids packs. This promotion had been advertised for over a week or two leading up to the date. I waited in line for over an hour at this location. While in line, several families decided to leave due to the snails pace the restaurant was moving at. The service was terribly slow and it didn't seem like the staff cared one bit. When I finally got around to ordering my daughters free kids pack, I was EXTREMELY disappointed! There was no granola bar included and there wasn't any apple slices either, which is what was being advertised, nor was there any chocolate milk. How is that possible??? Instead, she was given 2 lollipops. I get it - the day was definitely going to be busy, but you'd think the restaurant would be WAY BETTER PREPARED for such a promotion. When I finally got my food, I ended up telling other families waiting outside in line to leave, because it was NOT worth it!! My family and I will not be visiting A&W again. So disappointing and embarrassing...
