For MONTHS I’ve been complaining my food isn’t made the way i asked, they never toast it when i ask for it toasted, I get rotten lettuce and tomatoes on my sandwich (so often I started taking pictures of every order as proof, have a whole big album dedicated to you guys) my icecaps are always missing espresso or the caramel shots, I only go to this location because their icecaps are always the same consistency they should be (hasn’t been the last 3 weeks I’ve noticed) it’s the only drink I like anywhere, I will no longer ever go back to this location and will travel farther to the one I know cares about quality service since it’s been months of me complaining about the SAME issues and yet their management is so incompetent to fix the problem and make sure their staff is providing quality service. Only 1 manager I’ve ever spoke to truly cares and unfortunately I don’t know her name. The other ones though, horrible. To also add when I stated it’s been months of the same problem the manager on duty today said “then why do you keep coming back here” I then told her to go F herself and that I’ll never come back because of that comment. Read moreI ordered a take 12 coffee pack in drive thru this morning and the woman taking my order made me feel like I was putting them out ordering it in drive thru. I told her that I didn't mind waiting for the order and pulled around the front of the store.
When my order was brought out to me, the staff member said they didn't have any other take 12 containers and I should be careful because this one was damaged, holding the bottom so it wouldn't fall apart. However, when I went to pour coffee out the spout was also damaged and hot coffee spilled all over my hands and clothing, losing a good portion to boot.
I am giving this location 5 stars because when I called the manager, she was calm and kind. Apologized took my info down and next week I will pick up a replacement package. Mistakes happen and I appreciate how stressful mornings are especially during COVID. This ended up being a great...
Read moreWorst Tim Horton's outlet I've ever visited. We are from out of town, stopped in with kids after hockey at 9pm (closes at 10pm), absolutely no customer service. They had already cleared out their food for the day, not 1 piece of food to be purchased, we stood at the counter for 5 minutes, the workers were busy cleaning, saw us but refused to make eye contact or initiate any kind of conversation. I ended up asking them if they had anything to eat and they said "no", so we walked out. How bizarre. If you are open till 10pm, you should be serving food till 10pm, not clear everything out and ignore customers. Would never, ever return to this...
