I'm very upset with my experience here. Let me start with saying I love taco bell. It's the only fast food that I enjoy and this location is definitely not typical of any taco bell I've been to. Upon arriving, I placed my order and went to use the bathroom. The doors were locked and after trying to get in, an employee told me I need to push a button. I asked her where the button was She just kept repeating push a button. I tried to get to her elaborate, but she just kept saying push the button. It was very awkward and finally after standing there for 5 minutes, I realized the button was no where near the bathroom doors , but to the left on a complete separate table, (which was also covered up at the time). I dont understand why they did not use their words and specifically tell me where the button was .... and on top of that have the audacity to act like I was stupid for not knowing ! After finally using the bathroom I went to eat my food. First I noticed the lady never gave me the fire sauce I had asked for which her exact words were "I'll put it on your tray for you.." I went up and politely told her "I never received my fire sauce" to which she actually rolled her eyes at me. I sat down to eat the tacos , but when I opened the tacos I immediately told my husband not to touch the food . There was almost 0 meat on all of our tacos! I looked underneath the toppings and saw a microscopic amount of meat. I went back up to the counter and told the lady working that I had received almost no meat and could they add the meat to the tacos. She went away for a minute ,(possibly asking the cook/manager) and came back and told me there was meat underneath. I told her I've been eating at taco bell since I was 15. I'm from the states but I've lived in Canada for 17 years . Thats 30 plus years of eating taco bell in North America At no point at any other taco bell locations in the usa or canada have I EVER received that small amount of meat . This is not a normal taco bell serving. She just repeated that there was meat underneath and acted like I was nuts. I then told her I'm not paying for this meal and I want my money back. She did give my money back and my husband and I did not touch our food . When we left, my husband told me that my cheese for my nacho chips was not enough to dip one chip in! That's when It hit me, not only is this manager not giving enough ingredients, but they purposely did not give me my fire sauce hoping that I would not ask for it to save money! I want others to know who don't eat taco bell often this is not a typical occurance and this store should be shut down. I am going to contact corporate taco bell and let them know what is going on . It is not OK to rip people off when people work hard for their money! If people don't speak out this manager is going to continue getting away with this. Fast food or not, this is outrageous and the manager should be ashamed that he's...

I came in and said hi to the lady at the till and she just started at me and chatted with one of her co-workers in another language over her head set. (When she did take my order she was really nice)
After I ordered my food I went to use the washroom and found that it was locked. Annoying but not a big deal. I went up to the counter to ask them to open it and none of the staff would even look at me. I eventually noticed the buttons on other side of the order counter so I just reached over and pressed it. Then when I got in the washroom I had to wait for an operating amount of time for the door to actually close while I was just standing in there waiting.
Every single table was dirty. Crumbs or lettuce or sauce on all of them. I tried to come up with a reason for them but I just couldn't. This location is slow. I've never seen more then 4 customers in here at a time. Usually when I come in I am the only customer. As I was writing this review one of the staff members came out to wipe the tables down as I was writing this review. Omw of the staff mambers came out to wipe all.of the tables down because one of his co-workers was coming out to eat her lunch. He barely cleaned anything. Still crumbs and sauce on every table after went around to all of them except on (which no one was currently sitting at but was just used.)
Flies in the bathroom
The floor is gross and dirty The staff just stand around and chat the whole time. Not even just behind the counter but in the cunster areas aswell.
3 of the pop flavors were out. The one that I did get was mixed with waaaaaay to much syrup. Made the drink taste gross.
I wish I could add pictures. I do not know who is in charge of this place but this is pathetic. Unacceptable. This kind of behavior should not be tolerated and needs to be corrected from the top down. Start by removing the useless management and supervisors and see if you can salvage any of these...
Read moreZERO STARS! I have never in my life experienced a Taco Bell location as poorly run as this one. Every time I come here, the portions get smaller and smaller—my Fries Supreme looked like it was put together with a teaspoon. Barely any toppings, barely any effort, and absolutely no care for the customer.
I decided to politely mention this issue to an employee, thinking they’d at least acknowledge the problem. Instead, I was met with the most ridiculous response: “We have strict measurements, and my manager counts tomatoes.” Excuse me? You’re seriously counting tomatoes while handing out sad excuses for meals? I remained calm, never raised my voice, and yet the so-called “manager” kept repeating that he wasn’t going to argue and that “this is how things are done here.”
As someone who operates a business responsible for building 1,500 homes a year, I know what customer service should look like. And let me tell you—this isn’t it. In my businesses, if an employee disrespects a customer, they are immediately let go. No discussion. No excuses. The fact that a Taco Bell manager thinks it’s acceptable to dismiss a paying customer’s concern instead of escalating it to someone higher up is shameful. You don’t own the company—you just work there. And trust me, the owners care about their business a lot more than you do.
So, here’s my response: I will go out of my way to make sure no one I know ever comes to this location again. If I have to spend $50,000 ensuring people are informed about how bad this Taco Bell is, so be it. Businesses that don’t care about their customers don’t deserve to succeed.
Wishing you all the best—but I sincerely hope this...
