Arby's — Restaurant in Brantford

Have been sitting at the speaker for over 15 minutes. I write this review while waiting for my order to be taken. I have seen at least a dozen cars leave in the 25 minutes I've been here total. Probably more. If you atleast take the orders then make us wait you won't lose as much business. Still currently at the speaker box for 20 minutes. The lady rudely told me they were short staffed. Which I get but why is it so hard to take my order. So still sitting here. Another 5 cars have left. I wonder how much money that is. Finally after 30 minutes they took my order. Took the order wrong. Let's see how long the food takes. 10 minutes for food. Gg guys 40 minutes to get food....

Stopped for dine-in on Monday long weekend. We detoured on our way home for this stop and so glad we did. Lucas provided incredible customer service and was very thoughtful. We got the double roast beef sandwich, crispy chicken sandwich (only critique is a wee bit much mayo), turkey slider, curly fry poutine and curly fries. Everything was served quick, hot and delicious. Curly fries were crispy and well seasoned, and I got my first curly fry poutine - really yummy and crispy. After eating, we got a large fry for the road, and although we had just ordered it was given to us quickly by Lucas so we could get back on the road. Thanks for a great...

My hubby ordered me Arby’s, delivered by door dash for the first time. Driver arrived on time. There were missing items from the order. A large curly fry container was approximately half full. Please see photo of what was received (definitely not a large curly fry). He ordered and paid .12 each for 2 packets of horsey sauce which were not in the bag. Very disappointed. This location in person has always been positive for us. I wish the DoorDash experience was just as good. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this service for Arby’s brantford King George...
