Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Brantford

I placed a pickup order at this location. Upon arrival, they were receiving their product delivery.

The truck was backed up to the door, taking up most of the parking lot. So I picked a spot out of the truck's way. Well the driver of the truck decided he wanted the truck angled a different way.

One of the store employees asked if I was picking up an order and I said yes. He didn't ask me to move my car and just walked away.

Then the truck driver started waiving at me, so I asked him what he wanted. He was arrogant and demanded I move my car or he would be blocking me in until he was done with the delivery.

Because of his arrogance, I told him I am a paying customer and he can wait for me to pick up my order. He then completely blocked my car in so I couldn't get out.

I complained to the employees in the store and they did absolutely nothing.

Because of the carelessness of this location, I will never return. I can't support a business who doesn't care about...

They have the best delivery service and pizza all the time, and domino’s should give all their employees and drivers raises, especially with some of the stuff they have to deal with from some customers. The staff at domino’s is solely responsible for making some of the most delicious pizza I have ever had and having it delivered safely, even though out this entire covid19 pandemic. I love pizza and the people who put in their time and care to deliver such quality. Please, domino’s give the amazing people raises!! And for other pizza lovers reading this review, please keep on that tip and show some appreciation. I have yet to have a terrible pizza from domino’s and I know that’s because of the great people working there. I highly recommend ordering from domino’s on the regular, they have wonderful deals regularly and great choices to choose from for toppings. My go to Favorite is the Brooklyn pepperoni pizza… absolutely...

Had to problems with online ordering in a row. Long story short and few annoyances left out , I ordered online and they didn't even start my order after I go to pick it up 30 mins later. The second time they didn't even have my order received but the site said they did. Never even heard the word sorry once through ether order problem. Finally a manager gets involved and credits me. I give them another shot and place a phone order for delivery. "Your order will arrive within 30-40 mins" 1 hour and 15 mins later my family and I still sit here for our food which will almost certainly be cold by the time it gets here if it ever does. They could credit me 5000 dollars and I wouldn't use a cent of it.

When the driver did eventually show up i asked if they were busy and he said no not really. Hahaha omg.
