Fast Eddie's — Restaurant in Brantford

I hadn't gone to fast eddies in several years as there there aren't any near me anymore. On a trip to Brantford last week I saw one and was excited as I love the the original crazy fries. Ended up being very disappointed. The crazy fries had the chili on it but not the cheese sauce so I went around the drive-through again to tell them. The lady working there told me it was because the cheese sauce comes very thin now and sinks to the bottom. There was no cheese sauce, not even at the bottom! She gave me a tiny container of the cheese and said I could pour it over top. So I did that and yes , it was very runny .So very disappointing. My daughter's friend had gone to a fast eddies in a different town and location about 2 weeks prior and told me that the cheese sauce on her order was NOT runny at that location. They recently changed their pickle salt on their pickle fries. I don't know if they have tried it themselves, but they should stop selling it. Dill pickle is supposed to be sour, yet this stuff is bitter, really bitter. I will not be ordering pickle fries from them again, as people have complained in the past, and they said they got rid of it and went back to the old seasoning. But once again, I've bitten into a fry full of bitterness and realized it's the same damn seasoning that not only me but dozens of other customers complained about, so much for listening to customer feedback. Service here is usually good, and food is often good as well. Not happy with the service based on my order today. I picked up a meal for myself and girlfriend and unfortunately a burger was not what I had ordered. I called back to inform them and the reception asked that I bring back the burger where as most places would offer a free burger or coupon. I'm not one to cheat a business of free meals but I would like what I ordered. Reception asked that I come back with the burger thus I would eat my meal while my girlfriend watched then go get her burger or go get her burger then eat mine cold.
