I’ve recently had the opportunity to visit the store a few times in the past couple of months.

On the first occasion my son accompanied me and we were both very impressed with the amount of merchandise - There’s absolutely something for everyone!

I was also extremely impressed with the cleanliness of the store, and the salesperson named “Adam.” He was very helpful, answered all questions with much insight to merchandise , and very impressed how he spoke to my 11 year old son about Pokémon merchandise on an 11 year olds level. They had quite the conversation!

The salesperson Adam offered to notify me for my son when new Pokémon merchandise came in. A few weeks ago I received a message from Adam relating to a Pokémon item that had come in that he thought my son would like. This is beyond customer service quality and success, and my son did end up buying the Pokémon item! This was not only greatly appreciated, but also outstanding quality customer service that goes above and beyond most retailers.

I’ve given the name of this store to other contacts of mine , and related how impressed I was. I will continue to shop at this store and recommend it to all, as there’s something for everyone , it’s clean an organized, and the customer service...

Stumbled upon this little shop when I was visiting Brantford, from out of town. I walked in and immediately was greeted by Adam he was very friendly and asked me if I needed help finding anything in the store. They have a wide variety of items such as purses, jewelry, clothes, kitchen needs, nostalgic items and some vintage items, toys and some video game selections as well! There was also gardening needs, music, electronics, Nick nacks. I was very surprised and pleased with the variety of items. Store was very clean and the way they have the showcases set up is very eye catching.

They sell me 4 tires and one of them was not usable. They stacked that one at the bottom and I didn't notice the damage on the tire until I got them installed on my rims.Their mechanic who installs and balances them figured this out and wanted to give me the service for free but he did his job. So I paid him. I haven't been able to get a hold of the owner of the store as he is not there the 3 times I have shown up during operating hours. And no reply from my emails I have sent him. Brutal customer service. Still waiting for a response from this guy. I wouldn't...
