Pizza Pizza — Restaurant in Brantford

I recently had the pleasure of ordering pizza from this fantastic establishment called pizza pizza and I must say, the delivery service provided by the pizza delivery girl was absolutely outstanding! From start to finish, my experience was exceptional.

First and foremost, the delivery girl was prompt and arrived right on time, which is always a plus when you're eagerly waiting for a delicious pizza. She greeted me with a warm and friendly smile, instantly brightening up my day. Her professionalism and positive attitude were truly commendable.

Not only was she punctual and professional, but she also took great care in handling the pizza. It arrived in perfect condition, piping hot and with all the toppings intact. It's clear that she takes pride in her work and understands the importance of delivering a high-quality product.

Moreover, the delivery girl went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. She patiently answered all my questions about the different pizza options and even provided some helpful recommendations. Her knowledge and enthusiasm for the menu were impressive.

What truly set her apart, though, was her exceptional customer service skills. She was attentive, courteous, and genuinely interested in ensuring that I had a fantastic dining experience. She went out of her way to accommodate a special request I had, making me feel valued as a customer.

Overall, my experience with the pizza pizza and with the delivery girl was nothing short of exceptional. Her punctuality, professionalism, attention to detail, and outstanding customer service made my pizza delivery experience truly enjoyable. I highly recommend this establishment, thanks in large part to the incredible service provided by this amazing delivery girl.

I would give a negative 5 if I could.... 1 star is way too generous!

Gonna try to tell the condensed version of this story. Pizza Pizza is my absolite favorite pizza store which makes this all the more disappointing!

Today my order had a 40 minute or free time guarantee. The delivery driver got lost and called for directions (no gps?) We gave him directions but he was 3 minutes late. Per the guarantee we advised him the order should be free. He got a really bad attitude immediately and left!

I called customer service who apologized to me and told me they would resend the order. I told them no, I'll go get it, but I want a new order....because of the guy's attitude I was afraid that he would do something to my food.

When I got to the store... lo and behold it was the same guy! Turns out he's the owner (his name is Amin)....he tries to tell me that he wasn't late and that I was lying.... I informed him that every phone call that comes to my phone is automatically recorded and that I can easily show he is lying..... he tells me that this is his store and he doesn't give a damn what customer service says, its his store and he's not giving me the order and I need to leave his property now!

I quickly called customer service and let them know what Amin said. They gave me a credit of the full order on my account and apologized! This guy is a jerk and a liar.... buyer beware...I will also be contacting the headoffice to let them know the kind of franchisee they have in Amin. This is unacceptable behavior. For all the effort Pizza Pizza makes to show good customer service, Amin is not foing them any favours.

Very rude staff. I ordered pizza and they said it will take 20 mins. I was waiting in car and went back after 25 mins. They said it will take another 15-20 mins. When I asked why they said they have online orders and they prepare online orders first and then serve customers who come to the shop. He was arguing that they suddenly got 10 orders and started preparing those instead of preparing my order.

When I asked how come you don’t serve the person who ordered first they said this is how it works. It may take 20 mins or 40 mins or 1 hour. We don’t guarantee time. They were very rude.

It was already 11 in the night and they expected us to wait until ever

Finally we got pizza at 12 am. While handing over the pizza also they said you cancel if you don’t want. My family was waiting and hungry so just too it home. When we started eating it was half cooked. The pizza dough was uncooked.

Pathetic service. Will never go back there again. If you are planning to walk-in or dine in don’t go there as online orders is...
