Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Brantford

Went in to order what was advertised as available on their website. After waiting an hour (no complaints given their status in Brantford) and was told my bread which is gluten free is not available at all and was offered a salad bowl not even close to comparable. No thanks, no dinner for me. Let’s move on to my kids. Oh the mini bread is not available even though it was sitting right on the rack. Right, ok. Let’s pay extra for the larger size that will be thrown out. Ok. The place was beyond gross, food everywhere.

Managers you need to step up and accommodate your business with the appropriate amount of staff and have the supplies required. So many customers were told no they don’t have that today on my first visit here. What an...

Let's start with some positives. I ordered the Jersey Shore Favourite which, according to their website, is provolone, ham, and cappacuolo. I think they might mean cappicolo but I'm also not sure. The sub came with a tonne of freshly sliced meat. My favourite thing about the sub was the amount of shredded lettuce!! The servers were amazing. We were greeted with big smiles and positive attitudes. I asked for the rosemary cheese bread. Honestly, I've heard Jersey Mike's subs are the best subs on earth but I don't get what all the fuss is about. I could only see and taste the ham not the cappacuolo. Just tried the Brantford Jersey Mikes. Had to ask “what’s that” like 5 times to the lady taking my order because she was whispering. Ended up ordering #44 buffalo chicken. Took about 15 minutes to make it. I was expecting decent quality waiting that long for a sub. The sandwich was just a disgusting slop pile. The chicken was bland, the sauce as well, couldn’t taste any blue cheese.. and it was drowned in “buffalo” sauce to the point where the sandwich just fell apart when i picked it up. It was 28$ with add bacon and a bottle of pepsi…I contained it to the wrapper and whipped it in the garbage after a few bites. No reason to go back...
