Nestled in the heart of the city, Lazeez Shawarma offers a tantalizing breakfast experience that's sure to awaken your taste buds. As an avid food enthusiast, I ventured to Lazeez Shawarma early one morning to indulge in their breakfast offerings, and I must say, I was not disappointed.
Upon entering the cozy establishment, I was greeted by the inviting aroma of freshly grilled meats and savory spices. The ambiance was warm and welcoming, setting the stage for a delightful culinary journey.
For my breakfast selection, I opted for the classic Shawarma Breakfast Wrap. Packed with tender slices of marinated chicken, crisp vegetables, and a generous drizzle of creamy garlic sauce, each bite was a harmonious blend of flavors and textures. The wrap was perfectly toasted, adding a satisfying crunch to every mouthful.
In addition to the Shawarma Wrap, I couldn't resist trying their Breakfast Platter, which featured a hearty serving of fluffy scrambled eggs, golden brown hash browns, and a side of warm pita bread. The eggs were cooked to perfection, with just the right amount of seasoning, while the hash browns boasted a crispy exterior and a fluffy interior.
To complement my meal, I ordered a refreshing glass of freshly squeezed orange juice, which provided a burst of citrusy freshness that balanced the richness of the shawarma and eggs.
Overall, my experience at Lazeez Shawarma was nothing short of exceptional. From the friendly service to the mouthwatering breakfast offerings, every aspect exceeded my expectations. Whether you're a shawarma aficionado or simply craving a delicious breakfast, Lazeez Shawarma is a must-visit destination that promises to delight your palate and leave you...
Read moreI ordered the regular size "Chicken on the Rocks" with medium spice, lentil rice, onion, turnip, pickle, hummus, feta, garlic sauce and tahini, as well as a pita and extra garlic sauce on the side.
I've actually avoided ordering from Lazeez because they charge per topping on UberEats, which I am not sure if they do this in store as well, but I'm not a fan of the practice.
Portion was huge and everything was delicious except for the garlic sauce. It was runny and tasted more like buttermilk ranch dressing than toum sauce, but they do call it garlic sauce and not toum.
I would order from them again, in person, and without the garlic sauce. If anything, just for the turnips and pickles because they are always the best part! ;) 3 stars is due to the charging for toppings and the garlic sauce not...
Read moreDepending on the server, conditions change. But I'm unhappy with my most recent experience here and have been here many times. For over 13$ for a large chicken schwarma, I didn't realize how small the diameter was until I was eating it. About 2 1/2 to 3 inches. You're better off getting a regular size or ordering somewhere else. I was surprised how easily I ate it. Just like a regular. What a rip. Not to mention, you will rarely , if ever actually see them cut fresh meat off the rotisserie. Who knows how long it sits. I think I'll be eating elsewhere from now on. You can get quite a large pita from pita pit for less or similar money. There's also other schwarma places in brantford with better quality in my opinion. And they acutally listen...
