Stromboli's Brick Oven Pizza — Restaurant in Brantford

Love the Stromboli's here when you have them with Stromboli sauce. It's a tad sweeter than regular pizza sauce which makes the taste of our overall.

As for the pizza, I don't think I've effect ordered a larger pizza from anywhere, it's HUGE! Add-on some extra cheese with it and it's a slice of heaven!

Update it seems that the staff feel that this is a perfectly good panzerotti. Other than the fact that the burnt part was covered up in the store with an obscene amount of parm so it wasn't noticed in store just how bad it was. Was flat out refused a replacement over the phone and staff told us that any bad reviews we posted anywhere would just be taken down.

Will no longer be returning to this business to eat there again.

In response to the owner response. Can you tell me who said that the panzerotti was on and under what circumstances? It was covered in parm to hide the burnt pieces in the store and wasn't evident until we got home and took a look at it in better lighting and scraped some of the typing off of it to see.

Just an FYI. This has not been consumed and I just went back to talk to you personally about it but was told you are not available and that I was the one who essentially ruined the "relationship" by paying a bad review (of which was not done until I was flat out refused a replacement). Had I not been refused a replacement, I would have posted a nice addition to say that they're was an issue, but the business had taken care of it and would go back (as I've done with other businesses before as I always give them the chance to fix a...

Pizza is hit and miss. We ordered on a Thursday and it was perfect. Two days later we ordered again. This time there was a ton of sauce. So much so, that all the crust in the center was mushy and kind of boiled. As soon as I picked up 1 slice, all the cheese, which was in the center, slide right off the slice. It was inedible.

I called and spoke to a woman who said I would have to text her photos which I did. All I wanted was a replacement. She said I'd have to save the pizza and get ahold of the manager. After a week of leaving messages and being told he'd call, I called and told them I'd be bringing it in for a replacement. Suddenly the manager was there and able to take my call.

He was obnoxious and rude, kept calling me "lady", accused me of lying, and refused to replace the pizza. He said that "anyone knows" to order light sauce when ordering that sauce, and I reminded him that we had ordered 2 days earlier and the pizza was perfect. We live in the neighborhood but will never return. Not because of the pizza, honest mistakes happen anywhere. But due to the horrible and unprofessional way I was treated. I'm also going to strongly encourage the school to use a different pizza place from now on, as I'd be appalled if one of our parents called with an issue and was treated...

I adore this pizza place. I had an issue once where delivery took over an hour and the pizza was cold when we received it. We called without issue and they sent a brand new pizza free of charge, which was great. I order from them again a little while back and I received my pizza cold again. No big issue, we called and were advised we would have a $32 credit placed on our address for our next delivery, which was the price of my pizza and delivery that evening as they were too busy with the bad weather to be able to send another one. No problem. Called today to be told my credit was less by at least $5, my spouse had called so I called back once I got in for further clarification and was immediately met with the rudest "I've already spoken with someone about this today I'm not going over it again." I explained what I had been told last time and was inquiring if there was a head office or higher up I could speak with as I was being treated rather poorly and told there was no head office and no one higher up present. I asked when someone would be available so I could call back and was hung up on. Any further call backs the phone has been picked and no response, just left. Thinking this may have ruined my experience...
