Visited the place on Oct 12/2023, 10:45 PM. While trying to decide on an ice cream flavor, I encountered some challenges with the assistance provided. The staff seemed a bit indifferent and not overly helpful in guiding through the variety of flavors available. When inquiring about best-selling options, the response lacked enthusiasm and was rather vague, making the decision-making process difficult. Moreover, when asking about the ingredients due to allergy concerns, the response provided was ambiguous, making it challenging to determine potential allergens. Additionally, there was confusion about the staff's role, initially stating managerial positions, then later mentioning a partnership with the owner based in Toronto. The overall service experience could be improved by offering clearer and more informative assistance to customers. I didn’t order and left because of his rude behaviour, if he was the owner he wouldn’t have let customer go like as he doesn’t care. Literally this behaviour doesn’t work good in food business. Hopefully actual owner reads the comment and talk to the guy on shift at that time. It’s not going to change but my job was to make it acknowledge to public. Weird...

Finally, Brantford’s got their kawartha ice cream spot with tons of flavors! The owner was an incredibly kind man with an inspiring story, who went out of his way to ensure that every customer was taken care of.

From classic favorites like chocolate and vanilla to more unique options like mango and tiger tail, there was truly something for everyone.

But that's not all - this shop also had a fantastic selection of Indian desserts. I tried the mango rasamalai cake and it was one of the best I've ever had.
