Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Brantford

Usually go into this location - inside the gas station- everyday before work. Normally the staff is always friendly and very attentive.

I had one staff member serve me today and was appalled with the lack of customer service and care.

She came up to the counter to take my order and said “hi what do you want?” Definitely unprofessional and I was taken back a bit. I ordered my food but as I was trying to order she was rushing me through my order.

I finally had my order rung through and she starts working on a past order for drive through and a mobile order but leaves the screen and doesn’t ask me how I’m paying. I had to have another employee prompt the POS and debit machine to allow me to pay.

There was another customer waiting for a mobile order and as we were both waiting the employee starts putting some food on the island for soup and sandwich but doesn’t communicate as to who it’s for.

Finally she brings my food over but leaves it on the sugar dispenser instead of handing it to me by the island. Being 7 months pregnant I have a hard time reaching over barriers and had a hard time getting my food, which could have been avoided if she just handed it to me. Not to mention the sugar dispenser top was clearly not sanitized or cleaned recently which completely disgusted me as now my food is on top of this.

Really disappointed with my experience today and if this is how it will be from now on I’d rather spend the extra money and...

The worst service the worst manager (origine from India) the worst quality products. Quality and health: The gouvernement should close this store because is dangerous for health of people (especially for kids) because of mosquitoes and flies. No respect of customers: the price of chocolate croissant was mentioned that is 1.79$ when I paid was 1.99$ when I asked why it was even no apologies or given it with 1.79$ I know 20 cents is nothing but at least that show the respect of customers because it's not my mistake. Manager: the worst never see like this person in Canada imagine I would like just to show her the flies and explain also to talk with me about the 1.99$ she was hiding on Kitchen more than 15 minutes waiting if I can disappear but no way. So for customers please be carefully to buy anything from this location and please mention to all people if any flies are there. At the end the worst manager tried to take off the old price 1.79$ and he moved the card imagine that the floor under the card was black dirty really I dont know who control this kind of location....

If I Could provide less than one star. I absolutely would enter this location. At 550pm ordered a small coffee sour cream glazed, and a plain bagel with butter and cream. Cheese did not leave the store until 6 13pm!!!!!! 4 people are working in the store at the time that I am in here. There is nothing but degenerates that work at this location that are incredibly slow slower than molasses. Why am I standing in line for over 10 minutes? While 2 idiots literally walk around and one make a pizza. Make it make sense then. This other sloppy obese woman is lingering. Grabbing a cup going to the back coming to the front. Walking around like she's looking for yesterday. Don't hire people that do not want to work that are lazy.

What in the actual is this?!? Two bites because I've been driving / out busy ALLL DAY!!! moron didn't even have the brain capacity to cut the bagel in half!!! Whehe is the CREAM...
