The people that work here need to be reminded that us as customers are waiting for loved ones in the emergency room, or are visiting loved ones or maybe just getting tests done. I got told from a doctor that I had 15 mins before the tim hortons was closing. I need to get some food for a loved one. As I got to the tim hortons there was a few people a head of me. Now I understood that they were closing that not much food was going to be left. But for each person being served all I heard for the tim hortons associated behind the register was that they were closing in 15 mins. Every single person she said this too. As I got to the counter I did say "I understand your closing but would you have any chicken left". They preceeded to say "we'll no that we were closing" for one I already new that since you told everyone in front of me and that's what I said. They actually had the gull to say" we'll you know you can order food and get it delivered". First off who does that and second like I'm going to get food delivered to an emergency room get with it Tim Hortons. So on that of course my loved one got admitted and I have had to go to the tim hortons to get food. Again who do I get the same person I had the night before. They new who I was that's for sure they even got my order wrong. All I'm saying is that I know how hard you guys work but being rude and wanting to rush people out the door and on there way to a loved one. Read moreI visited the Tim Hortons at the Terrace Hill Brantford location and had a disappointing experience. I ordered a toasted bagel with butter and paid $20 in cash. When I politely requested two toonies as part of my change, the staff member rudely replied, “We don’t pay for the hospital parking.” Her tone was uncalled for and unprofessional.
When I asked for the receipt, she seemed irritated again. After handing over the food, there was no acknowledgment or basic courtesy like a “thank you for coming.” The lack of customer service was shocking and left me with a negative impression.
