I stopped by on a road trip and was honestly so impressed. The first thing I noticed was how clean and well-kept the entire place was. From the parking lot to the dining area, everything was spotless. It gave a really welcoming first impression.

The staff here are fantastic — friendly, upbeat, and really attentive. I was greeted warmly as soon as I walked in, and the cashier patiently helped me decide on a combo when I couldn’t make up my mind (always a struggle at Wendy’s because everything looks so good!).

I ordered the Spicy Chicken Sandwich combo with fries and a Frosty, and it was delicious. The chicken was crispy and had the perfect amount of heat without being overwhelming. The lettuce and tomato were fresh and added a nice crunch. The fries were hot and perfectly salted — you can tell they were freshly made. And of course, the Frosty was the perfect creamy treat to finish it all off.

I also noticed how quickly the service moved. Even though it was busy with a steady stream of customers, the orders were coming out fast, and everyone seemed happy with their food. That efficiency made it an even better experience.

The dining area felt comfortable and inviting, making it a great spot to sit down and relax for a bit before getting back on the road. They also kept the condiment station tidy and well-stocked, which is always a nice touch.

Overall, this Wendy’s location really stands out. The combination of fresh, tasty food, outstanding service, and a super clean environment made for a five-star experience. I’ll definitely be stopping here again the next time I pass through Paris....

Hold on to your seat belts and let me tell you a story to tell your grandchildren. I went to this fine establishment to acquire what which one would hunger for at a reasonable time of 8:30pm on a Thursday. The great ole reliable JBC. Junior.Bacon.Cheeseburger. Upon ordering and committing the lawful act of payment I hurriedly home to enjoy my spoils of treasure. Once home, I had reached into what was meant to be a glorious burger. You know the one you really crave for and once you have your teeth in it the world feels better? Yea I once had dreams like that too. In my fun bag of horrors I had been given a sandwich which had no relation to a burger. The patty looks like you melted leather on the flat grill and went welp that’s burger shaped. What is the atrocity. I don’t know if this is a supply issue but this can not be acceptable to pass for a burger. Bruh...

Disappointing Experience – Poor Service and Lack of Effort

I visited this location at 9:00 AM and was surprised to see a sign at the drive-thru stating they had no eggs available for breakfast. When I asked for confirmation, the employee on the speaker confirmed it. My first thought was—who is responsible for inventory and food orders? With a grocery store (Food Basics) directly behind the restaurant, it’s hard to understand why they wouldn’t make the effort to restock a basic item like eggs.

I then requested a sausage biscuit as an alternative, only to be told there would be a "full-time wait" despite there being no visible line and minimal activity. It felt as though the employee was simply trying to discourage us from ordering.
