A&W Canada — Restaurant in British Columbia

This experience was beyond my human understandings, the lack of basic knowledge that I was shown in this workplace when I drove through the drive-thru was insane.

I arrived there expecting my food well done as A&W usually does it, I ordered my usual specialty item "Yam Fries" and was given the fries, but not the sauce that puts together the meal. CHIPOTLE SAUCE. What incompetent human being puts Yam fries into a bag without even considering that the customer might want sauce with their fries. I was hungry and tired on the road, and this almost made me drink and drive I tell you. 0/10 service, I discovered this issue 30 minutes after driving away, I hope they take this complaint into deep consideration and ensure they place the Chipotle sauce in the bag when the fries need it in order to taste good.

A DEEPLY infuriated, depressed, unsatisfied and...

You know I’m a huge fan of A & W. Have been for decades. I hadn’t had the chance to try the one in Sechelt yet.

I walk in and the heat is just cranked. It’s sooooo hot in there. The lady up front is indifferent. The guy in the back is doing onion rings like a champ.

As you can see from the pictures that the burgers 🍔 where hastily put together (it stacked them a bit as I took them out of the bag as my ocd wouldn’t leave them that way🤖🤪).

The teen with cheese was sad honestly and not that hot. Same for the chubby chicken.

Never again. This location of A&W is by far the worst I’ve been to. They consistently serve sub-par quality food and with the prices they charge now need to be called out for it. I ordered chicken stripes today and while he was handing me the bag I looked him in the eye and asked if they were freshly made. “Yes they are” he said. Started to drive home and not only were they cold and rubbery, so we’re the fries. I think this location should just shut down due to awkward location an lack...
