I've been a bit of a regular over the last 8 months or so, and I can say that the people who work at the Sechelt branch of TH are cheerful, friendly, and willing to go the extra way--I am apparently the only person is Sechelt who likes the slow-cooked chicken in her Cilantro/Lime wrap, and there were a few times when I was told it just wasn't available--special thank yous to Harpreet who told me that he'd always be sure to make some up for me and that it only took a few minutes. Thank you so much for making my lunch a happy occasion Harpreet! And everyone else there that I know by sight if not by name. And to TH itself, I'm grateful there's a place where I can get tea that actually tastes like real tea--I spend a fair bit of time going between the Coast and Vancouver and I'm happy to be able to pick up tea along the way. Read moreIf I could give no stars I would. We placed mobile order at 7:41 on Saturday evening. Was accepted and we kept getting a message that it was being made. When we went to the drive-through there were 2 yellow crates blocking the drive-through and the doors of the store were closed. Person that was in there ignored us at the door. Didnt Know what to do because we paid for products we couldn't get to despite the store hours were until 1030. We saw several other people attempt to knock on the door. Tried calling the number and no one answered. Tried the next day and no 1 answered. We were going to stop on our way to the ferry but it was so busy and we couldn't miss our ferry. This is completely unacceptable . How are you still taking orders if you're closing early.. And no one answers through the app either this is just...

There was no sauce on the roast beef and barely any "crispy onions," and the chicken burger had a pathetic piece of lettuce with barely any sauce. Like the bread was too much without sauce. Asked for some mayo to help it go down, but I got charged $1 for a side of mayo to fix the burgers we just ordered. The food didn't look NOTHING like the pics and was very disappointing.
So addon: I went back in to ask for two cups of ice to put in our water bottles as we are driving back to the mainland, and they charged for the damn cups, $0.20. It's 28C right now, and we are melting. I thought it was polite not to bring in our water bottle because of covid and all. But I guess everything is about money. Water ain't free no...
