I placed an order online and it said I would have my order by 10:09pm. At 10:23 I received my order. The pizza and wings were hot but the breadsticks were cold and there wasn't any dip. I called back to see if the breadsticks came with dip and the guy said yes so I told him I didn't get any. Also I told him the breadsticks were cold he said I could have a credit for next time or I could have a new order of breadsticks in 30 minutes. I knew the service was bad so I took the new order since I probably wouldn't be ordering from them again. After 40 minutes I called to see if I was still getting my breadsticks and she said the driver was coming. About 10 minutes later I get a call asking for my address because he can't find my house number and I directed him to my door. A tip for the drivers, when you can't find an address call the number on the receipt and ask for directions before the food gets cold. They gave me a large breadsticks to make up for the first order and on the receipt the had 2 dips but I only got one. The second order of breadsticks wasnt much warmer than the first. Read moreThis comment needs to be shared between corporate and the store. Your order online feature does not state how long the order will take until you have placed the order. When I realized how long the order was going to take to deliver, I immediately attempted to cancel it. The first staff member at the store who picked up the phone apparently could not cancel the order. She transferred me to corporate where the automated phone system dropped the call. Dialing 310-1010 transferred me to another store entirely, who obviously could not help. Calling the store back directly I was able to speak with another person, who after explaining my frustration at having been transferred, dropped, and redirected, promptly transferred me again. This person, after waiting on hold again, was finally able to transfer the order. The entire process took 25 minutes (10 minutes longer than it usually takes me to order and pick up a pizza from the local Panago, but still 40 minutes quicker than when the order from Pizza Hut was supposed to finally arrive).
Note to Corporate: if your website sucks, maybe don't fire all of your real live customer support...
Read moreI’m really not the one to write reviews but I really need to explain my unpleasant experience from this store. Last night we ordered for pick up. My partner dropped me off right in front of the store and he witnessed the employee that was preparing our food drop our wing on the ground, he looked around to see if anyone noticed and he picked the wing back up and put it back in the box with our other wings. My partner confronts him and he denied it and shortly admitted & apologized. I spoke to the manager and she apologized and said “he’s a new employee” I don’t care if you’re new or not, it’s common sense that you don’t do stuff like that. It’s disgusting & if he didnt get caught then I don’t would’ve been eating food that was on the ground. Don’t hire people if they don’t have their food safe certificate & if they do; these employees need proper training. They gave me a $10 credit but I will not be coming back to this store ever again. I’ve worked in food service for 10+ years and I’m actually just shocked that something like this happened. Crazy it happens quite so often but hardly anyone ever...
